Nice video, but 6000 rent a month , I don't know what kind of customers you are targeting, but normal European at about imagine that a couple both are working and there combined salaries hits 6000 euro a month, just think if the husband is an engineer and his wife is a teacher! Even they cannot afford this rent.The french president Emmanuel Macron earns 9400 euro a month even him must consider very well before renting this apartment. Mean, that you are raising the bar too high. You are creating a real estate bubble some day, it will burst.
Thanks for your response! There are many individuals in Amsterdam (and the world) who are paying these type of rents for 'larger' places. This property is valued at around € 2.3million, and based on that I don't think a rental price of € 6.000,- a month is a bad deal:)

For me it's not issue even if you find some one dump enough to pay you a rent at 6000 euro or even at 10,000 euro a month, but I will say this to the trapped land tenant, consider again paying this huge amount for something that it will not be for thy at the end, instead be a owner. This country is the most social inequality in world. You are the same as portrays this country, with vast meadows , green fields windmills, and 80% population riding bicycle. Next time come with a graph 📊 and show if there's no social inequality.
@@Nico-rw1uo There are ALOT of people paying 6000 a month.. There's not much homelessness in the Netherlands, in fact it's illegal to be homeless in the Netherlands. He's not asking you to pay 6000 a month.. Also go to a other country and ask what the rent will be for a €2.3 million home If you pay 6000 a month the owner will get his investment back in 32 years if bought for 2.3 million.. So actually it's not even a bad deal.
