American professional eater Randy Santel versus Chuck's 15-Patty Monster California Bacon Cheeseburger Challenge hosted by Chuck's Burgers PVC (Chuck's Burger Joint) in the Binh Thanh district of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam of Southeast Asia!! My girlfriend @KatinaEatsKilos and I left Phnom Penh, Cambodia and flew to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam where I was able to attempt just one delicious Vietnamese restaurant food eating challenge, at Chuck's Burgers PVC (Chuck's Burger Joint) in the Binh Thanh neighborhood of Ho Chi Minh City. There, I attempted Chuck's 15-Patty Monster California Bacon Cheeseburger Challenge which had been beaten 5 times out of more than 30 previous attempts. I had 45 minutes to feast on fifteen 1/4 pound hand-ground meat patties stacked and layered with slices of cheese and bacon. The hand-ground burger patties consisted of 50% bison/buffalo meat and 50% ground wagyu beef. There were some healthy vegetables on the bottom with lots of mayonnaise on a regular sized burger bun, and the challenge includes 1 full kilogram (2.2lbs) of Chuck's delicious fries/chips. You must also finish a canned soda or other beverage of your choice. I ordered a Diet Coke / Coke Light. Challengers who finish within 45 minutes get a sweet hat and trophy, plus a spot on Chuck's Wall of Fame. If you can beat the current time record, you also win your entire ₫1,400,000 Vietnamese Dong (~$60 USD) Monster Burger Meal free. Prior to me getting there, the time record was 14:36 set by a local 17 year old Vietnamese girl. I was trying to beat that to get my meal free, but mainly just wanted to finish within 45 minutes to win the challenge.
