Scroooge with Alistair Sim is the best version of A Christmas Carol. I watch it every year.

Loved this. There's something about the sound of the music back then.... no other like it. The Chip & Dale with Donald Duck was great!

The old animation is so superior to anything we have now. I recognized the quality back then, and when the animation of the 1970s came out I was disgusted by the lack of quality. The 1960s was transition....some good some not so good. I have Christmas in Connecticut on DVD after first seeing it years ago on Turner's Classic Movies. I watch it every year and has become a tradition.

Sure do! We lived a block and a half from the Colony Theatre in Toledo, Ohio. We'd all scrounge up a quarter and head up to watch a movie and cartoons all day!

If you really want to dig into history Christmas is based on a Roman celebration during December… but it doesn’t really matter as long as people enjoy it..

Jesus wasn't born on 24/25th of December and he didn't celebrate Christmas he celebrated Hanukkah! Look it up in the bible!
