Excellent Review! I remember when this model first came out back in the days. This is a well built car that can stand the test of time. I enjoyed the commentary.
Immediately after this generation toyota redesign the styling of the car added more room in the cabin . The 6th generation camry is where you see a more drastic change in the inside and outside of the car. Thats when Toyota introduce a navigation system to their car.
@@GodGear I think these features aren't enough after more than two decades.... In other words, it is safe to say that the camry was built ahead of its time.
Î love that my 98 Camry is "slow"! It's just fine, btw. But I can feel like I'm racing going 50. Just rented a car and spent the whole time trying not to speed. Why have all those horses under the hood when you can't let them out anyway?
@@geddon436 If my memory serves me right, it was the actual road noise. I could hear the engine when I stepped on the pedal to accelerate ,but once I was going at a steady speed it was not that noisy. Mostly road noise.
