Created on December 31, 2009 using FlipShare. An artist in Mexico painting an ocean scene with oil on a ceramic tile. He finished this piece in around 2 minutes. It was crazy!
that is f-ing gorgeous. the best part is that for the better part of the first-half of the painting, he did it "upside-down" then he just flipped it over, to put the foreground waves and the finishing touches. Beautiful, thanks for sharing
Evil Bastard fuck off to be honest. If he can do this, he can apply this and mix and match all his “bullshit training” as you call it, and create endless paintings. This guy is absolutely incredible. Jealousy at its finest.
And here I barely made a simple waterfall with some blobby flowers on a huge 8x8 tile in like an hour and a half class. The masters make it look so effortless!
He was located in Cancun, Mexico. He really is amazing! I hope he's still doing his paintings. He would even make bigger ones but it was just a treat to watch. Thanks for stopping by! :D
Mac Atwell I’m sure there are artisans who sell online but this particular artist was in Cancun, Mexico. Mainly around tourist spots. They were awesome to watch.
Scenty Meltz: this isn't me painting. This is just a video I took of an artist in Cancun, Mexico. He just took straight up oil paint on a tile. I have no idea what he put in the oil to make it flow like that.
