You only need two minutes of daily practice to experience endless physical and emotional benefits; you could do it at the beginning of the day as a way to express your gratitude for a new day, or before you’re going to sleep, as a relaxation technique to get a night of deep sleep.

Thank you so much. I've been using this for a year now. I feel way more peaceful than I used to. I mean I tried meditation after a very bad period of my life and it really helped. 🌄
