#aquietplacedayone #review #spoilerreview #recap In today's video I totally don't get drunk while recapping the prequel movie film known as 'A Quiet Place: Day One' -- enjoy!!
Hey friends -- these recaps are simply me having a few drinks and poking fun at movies I didn't find to meet my standards. Don't take me TOO seriously, especially if you enjoyed the film. Anyways, thanks for watching and have a great day :)
Absolutely...people tend to forget that cats aren't just predators...they are also prey. So YES...cats will instinctualy go quiet when sensing danger, predators, etc.
@@SpeckyX3 Stray! It's pretty much the same idea. I know there's a story involved but who cares when you get to play as a little kitty? All bad movies should be replaced with cat simulators, imo.
If they’re so attracted to sound how do they pin point humans when thousands of the aliens are crashing into stuff? Shouldn’t they be running into each other?
Well that is the biggest BS with all those movies - they just mess up things like ambient sound, sound distance etc. Just like you said the aliens running around in city and causing mayherm creates so much ruckus that it easily succumbs any footsteps or close whispering. Also in this one I rally hated the metro scene where they were like 100 meters away in the water, the eater was flowing loudly but somehow the alien still heard the guy sighing.
If you have seen thousands of bats in darkness flying around one another than you would understand sonar and the ability to travel through sound waves.
@@SmallAndSoft yeah, but unlike bats the death angels in movies don't send out sonar that bounces back to them to create sort of 3D image but just have really good hearing. These are completely two different things.
A scary scene for an apartment would be dropping something down a stairwell to see if there are any creatures and one just leaps down from the stairs directly above them to the bottom meaning it was dead silent directly above them at the time showing that those things can be right next to you and you wouldnt notice until they get you
What you talking about , bro the cat WAS the main character. Wa more fun and intriguing watching the damn cat that anything she said or did..which was nothing.
I hate that the movie is titled "Day One," yet it hardly focuses on the aliens. 3 movies in and we still know almost nothing about them other than their attraction to sound.
And the movie takes place over 3 4 days lol if i remember LITERALLY saw the Day One Scary parts on the trailer lol her wanting pizza before dying was a cool diff motive ig but it could have been more impact if we tried hitting up all the pizza places for one she saw as a kid with her family but forgot what the place name was idk the Sound Monsters are severely underused in this one lol
we know all we need to know. what else do you want to know? they are sensitive to sound, they have armor that can withstand entering earth, they have claws strong enough to rip through metal with ease, they eat some kinda mushroom thing and use humans as fertilizer, they are weak to specific sound, thats literally just it. they are just alien animals trying to survive after getting their planet blown up
Cats will hiss at perceived dangers, but more unrealistic … was the cat carried about in someone’s arms? Without clawing and biting at the person carrying it to get away from said perceived danger? I don’t buy it.
The worlds most well behaved and silent cat... very unrealistic and cringe.. cats are pretty fucking vocal especially in a traumatic situation like threatens its wel being and that of those who feed it.. it would have hissed and scowled at the creatures at every given moment... and it would have gone ballistic in the water...the cat ruined the realistic impact of the movie
The only reason i gave the pizza being the goal of the plot a pass is because Lupita's character was close to death. In the scene where Joseph found out that she was a poet she had him read a poem that revealed she already outlived the doctor's diagnosis multiple times. She was probably going to die within a few weeks even if she escaped and painfully at that. The pizza was her way of granting her own make a wish request for lack of better comparison which is why she was willing to die trying to make it happen. This doesn't excuse her nasty behavior towards people in general but it justifies the means she went to achieve the goal
Huge plot hole- shows aliens can't attack boats cause they can't swim. We literally have carriers that stay out in the oceans for entire year so makes zero sense they could defeat the navy
@@mindlander they say repeatedly in first quiet place they defeated the entire military. People couldn't figure out how to even kill them supposedly yet Day 1 contradicts this completely. They have a ship casually sail past tons of the aliens while blasting the horn n the aliens couldn't do anything.
Well that only works out if your already at sea during the attack... also no modern weapon system can hurt them and thats most likley where the mojority of the military was taken out... on land.
what also didn't make sense what that the aliens conveniently couldn't catch up to the dude heading for the boat Before that these aliens were SUPER fast like blurry fast (in the first movie when it took the toddler) you could barely see it
I mean to be fair, there's the matter of acceleration. they go fast at top speeds but they don't reach their top speeds immediately. he was already running with a decent headstart while they were standing still, they're not gonna reach blurry fast speeds in 5 seconds, it's gonna take a while. in the first movie when it took beau, it was like 20-30 seconds for it to build up that speed
People raiding and doing that shit creates sound. What do u people not understand by the Aliens are highly sensitive to sound. wtf this isn’t that type of movie u describing.
And the people in this movie were breathing so heavily it's kinda frustrating how that didn't attract a single alien. Then there's a scene early on where a guy shouts at the top of a building (for only a few seconds but still loud nonetheless) yet also doesn't attract any of the aliens
The pizza slice is significant to her even before the apocalypse because she was already resigned to dying. This is partly why when talking to her nurse even after knowing there was an emergency, she was so resigned to having pizza. That's the one thing she wants before dying. From her perspective, the aliens are just an obstacle to overcome to get pizza. She's, on a personal level, hardly affected by the apocalypse itself because she was already planning on dying. I like the pizza line. Its a bit silly, sure, but its also about how when the time comes, most of us will want nothing more than just the simplest of things to be happy before we go.
@@Stark-Cinema sounds like u don't resonate with personal meanings and motives outside of your own. It's not like dying slowly from a terminal disease where all u want is to feel normal and remember the best moments from your youth.
In a aliens take over the world movie, people wanna see a fight not a fold. You wanna make a movie about a person’s feelings while dying from cancer put it in a scenario where it belongs. Or, tell people during your action packed trailers, by the way, this is a story bout a chick trying to get some pizza cuz she’s done with life. But how many people who liked the movie would’ve gone to see it without the cap?
@@jm-po6bs I liked it. We've already seen people want to survive and fight for survival in 2 two movies. We also saw many in this movie do the same. It was nice to get something that is different and exists in the same world. Look at the pandemic. Not everyone, in an apocalyptic situation, wants to survive. Many would rather enjoy their last few moments alive.
I honestly think the pizza quest should be a side plot, not the main plot. The main plot should be finding a way to reach the deserted island shown in the quiet place part 2. Yes, the movie should've showcased more Death Angel biology and their combat feats as this is day 1, the day the military tried to get rid of these creatures but failed
I quite like that the aliens are left a mystery. Not everything needs to be shown, not everything needs to be explained. The horror lies in the fact that they're suddenly there and that you either adapt, or die.
i mean yeah.. but the first two parts already did that. Do we really need the third part to be just a goofy pizza hunt story with aliens in the background?
@@bbqdsushi2585 if you think the last movie is just about 'a goofy pizza hunt', then I don't think you'd even understand the explanation of the aliens if they decided to go in depth with it.
@@adrianisidontknow You know damn well what my point is, you just chose to ignore that. And yeah, I understand the concept of the movie, it's still nothing really original or hard to grasp so please don't bother gaslighting me. Movie universes need to expand and evolve, it's really that simple but this movie as the third part did not add anything of value. It is absolutely undeserving of being so highly praised.
@@bbqdsushi2585 I did not know what you mean. You posted a comment and I responded to what you said. I agree with movies needing to expand and be original, but what's so original about the origins of the aliens that you so desperately want them to explain? How they got to earth is nothing new in sci-fi. It's their design, concept, and how people survive, that makes these movies so interesting. But we can agree to disagree, and I stand firm with my opinion.
@@adrianisidontknow Two movies showcasing the alien invasion and how humans have to survive in them is enough. IF they decide to make a third part, doing not only exactly that but in a even worse way, without expanding on ANYTHING, makes your opinion on this movie illogical. As on expanding on the aliens, it does not have to be specifically about the alien origins, I don't know why you're so fixated on that specific example because it can be on plenty of other things, like years after the alien invasion, or survivors start fighting back against them, or how the military dealt with them during the invasion.
I take these videos as having a chat with a mate after watching the movie, light hearted, brutally honest when it warrants it and positive when it earns it. It’s refreshing.
@@Stark-Cinema In this case the cat is there for companionship, and because they have antidepressant and calming effects on people (even their purr has been studied for their calming frequencies)
A Quiet Place was a big thing because of how interesting a movie where there's no sound for a majority of it was at the time. Now that the first did it, the next ones are just boring in comparison.
I like cats...but I don't think you'd be able to just carry one around in your arms in that kind of disaster. It would probably claw you more than the aliens would.🤣
Also, on a more serious note, the first movie conveyed it's soundscape so well. It really bothers me to see how poorly they handled that in this movie. Even when characters weren't communicating in the first, you're generally able to tell what they're wanting to convey. And here you're just desperately wishing they added subtitles for all of the speaking in the film >~< it's so frustrating
The only plot hole I noticed was when the helicopters flew over and the Angels chase it why wouldn't they just lead them straight into the ocean. We've seen them run straight into the ocean what twice now. You'd think they'd just run into the water. Still all three were good but the first two were the best, two out of three is good nowadays. I didn't dislike this one tho
The poem for anyone wondering: He said one to two years, and it has been two years. He said four to six months. It has been six Mrs. freelander taught me subtraction, and the corner store taught me additon And I've used only simple maths all my life, and I never needed more or more or less To four to three to smaller and smaller moments Until months to days to hours to seconds But not now.
The thing that annoys me is that in the first quiet place there’s literally a scene in the flooded basement where one of the monsters goes under the water
going under the water isnt the same as swimming. the creature could still stand. its only a problem when the water is deep because their armor is so heavy
@@usieljasso5091that makes sense, but it also doesn’t makes sense to me because they were depicted as drowning as soon as they went in the water 😂 I wish the film explained those details a bit more so it was less confusing
@@CJ-ru7ufIt was depicted as drowning in Day One because it went feral on the characters and inhaled a bunch of water while trying to kill them. They can swim but when in deep enough water their armor just makes them sink.
Plus they knew that they could live and make noise near the waterfall and instead of moving there, they don't. Or even moving the pregnant woman there when she her due date was coming up.
@@sarasilly like CMON!! It’s So selfish now to have a kid in the world we live in if you’re in poverty or something let alone an apocalyptic environment and type of crisis w/aliens at every corner & yes they definitely should’ve moved there or stayed underground at all times
Thats just a movie depicting raw human nature and I liked that. They could actually pull it off like they already do underground if the aliens didnt march to them on the unluckiest moment for them. Part one is infinitely better than this Day one crap.
I think not grabbing resources to distract the creatures is fine. Carrying more junk does risk the chance of making more noise. Making a noise to try and outsmart the Death Angels is something of a last resort if they’re in a situation where their presence is already known. Having them close by is dangerous and in this setting the city is swarming with creatures that converge onto sound. I thought the boat thing was kinda obviously sensible? The military was flying by multiple times and announcing “the attackers are attracted to sound” and that “they can’t swim” and such. The Boat honking its horn lets as many creatures swarm onto one area letting more people deep in the city get closer to the evac, then the military flies by overhead and leads them all away. The creatures landing onto a planet that is mostly water is incredibly unlucky for them so yeah, a lot most likely did drown and the rest needed to adapt quickly. I don’t think this is something the movie needs to tell you otherwise people would be complaining about how the movie spoon feeds you information
It seems like an invasion that could have been easily solved with the military planes playing and loud sound and leading them all to water to drown. I don't see how the city could have been overrun and this become a post apocalyptic situation, especially the previous films.
massive chunks of their planet came crashing onto earth, they essentially landed everywhere. No one was expecting these creatures to come along for the ride. In the panic it’s absolutely plausible that cities would get overrun and the military’s response would be overwhelmed. A lot of them most likely did drown at first but these creatures aren’t brain dead. We see this in the movie that they won’t pursue sound that’s coming from deep bodies of water.
I was surprised they didn't do something more interesting for a Day One prequel, there's so many angles they could have gone down but this felt rather bland tbh.
i think the movie is OK. it would be a good movie if it didnt have the “quiet place” title alongside it. the ending is really sweet but I dont like the last minute of the movie after we hear whats on the letter. we can move past that. what i really feel though is with the quiet place title is that this movie doesnt really accomplish anything and it leaves this “eh” feeling afterward by the time eric and the yellow sweater girl make it out of the metro an entire hour has gone by and nothing really substantial has happened super dissapointing
Well said. It also doesn't expand on the lore or give more background into the aliens. You could replace the aliens in this story with zombies and it would be exactly the same. You can even replace it with a hurricane and it would be the same.
He's telling you that you need to think a little bit more because most of your complaints were logical but since the movie didn't spoonfed it to you you didn't understand shit
@@Stark-Cinema me personally i enjoy from soft games and lore were you are told next to nothing and have to put everything together w deep thought and investigation.. all the quiet place movies have followed that trend so i sympathize w you in the fact that nothing was clearly stated or overtly obvious.. but if you looked deeper and did more research you wouldn’t feel so lost. wether or not you enjoy that type of experience makes all the difference but the information is definitely there
@@jadondarson2170 I was never 'lost' during the movie. It was a dead-on straight-forward plot. I simply did not enjoy it as much as other people. There isn't anything 'deep' to this movie outside of the ending trying to wax philosophical by going so far up it's own ass in the script, it was a joke to me.
Thank you for putting into words what I could not after watching it yesterday. Those supposed to be emotional moments seemed so random and cheesy. Didn't find myself caring about the characters either. And the cat is obviously an Android - maybe we have an Alien crossover?
Why were yall expecting to find out more info on the aliens the movie is literally called DAY ONE why would they know more on day one then in the future also the cat is a SERVICE CAT so him being so calm makes more sense they even show this with the way he comforts Eric the movie overall was pretty good IMO I enjoyed the characters and understood their motivations quite a lot specially Sam’s character who just wanted pizza one last time before she died that was always her goal even before the aliens.
This isnt a "The Boys " video but i need a parody video of you "fixing/explaining " plot holes or decisions being made in your Butcher impression! It is so good and it would be a fun way to introduce videos based around your impressions 😂
The balloon popping was not foreshadowing that sound is dangerous… It was purely symbolism for how abruptly and unexpected life ends. It was ultimately to be taken as a portrayal of nihilism. So…
I don't know why everybody seems to have a problem with the monsters and water in this movie. First, it is clearly stated in the movie: the military has found out they can't swim, and they are blasting the info all over the city on loudspeakere, so everybody who hears it will know it. That's also why they bliow the bridges up, trying to keep the monsters on the island while evacuating the population by boat. Also, there is a difference between walking in water and swimming in water. You'll drown if you try to swim when you don't know how. But walking or running or splashing is fine, as seen at your local swimming pool where children can survive just fine in the kids pool. By the way in the first movie, during the scene in the flooded basement, Emily Blunt is not much more than knee-deep in water, and the monster is at least as tall as her. It goes under water, but is not swimming, just crawling for maybe 5 meters before re-emerging in front of her. The problem here, if you wish to see one, is how such a bulky monster can submerge itself so completely and not make a single ripple while moving in 2 feet of water. And the monsters are not dumb enough to throw themselves in the wash just following helicopters; This is not the walking dead, they will not blindly jump to their death en masse, as documented in the movie when you see them following the boat, or chasing the guy on the jetty, but stopping short of throwing themselves in water. The only thing can arguably be criticised is the fact that the boat goes down the river all horns blaring; I guess you can see it a a stupid idea or a fair compromise, depending how nice you want to be towards the movie: on the one hand you are going to alert stragglers of your presence, but on the other hand you are attracting every monster within a mile, making it harder for these stragglers to escape. Don't get me wrong, the movie is far from perfect, and the video did raise some valid issues, but I see no pointin bashing on the things that actually make sense.
My thoughts exactly!👏🏾 I couldn’t have said this better. It’s really not that bad of a movie, he definitely went in biased. Probably heard a few people say they didn’t like it and so was constantly knit picking when watching it and this is the product. A 30min rant on a decent movie he clearly didn’t watch because half of his issues were explained in this movie or the previous 2.
The only thing I liked about this movie was how all the creatures chased the helicopters around. For being called Day One we barely get to see what the Monsters do and how people react. Instead I'm forced to listen to the worst main character ever cry about pizza. Like I get she's destined to die anyway but I feel like the human instinct to survive would overwrite the BS she was on. I think out of all the characters I enjoyed the British guy the most. He did the smartest thing and threw a rock into a car to trigger the alarm to distract the monsters chasing them. I think instead of focusing on 1 set of characters they should of done an anthology. Like Trick or Treat or something. Have people in different locations and countries react to the monsters arrival.
although i do not agree with how you feel about the movie, I dont need you to like everything i do. It would be a boring world we live in if we all liked the same thing. i work at a movie theater , and the fact that its a tight 90 minutes helps a lot for the audiences that came out. Most loved the movie, and was able to look past certain flaws to enjoy the overall theme. Edit: i would like to say if i was a few months away from certain death and couldnt even take care of myself, id be a pretty bitter asshole and i would def take it out on everyone else. Not gonna lie
Regarding your edit: I kinda sarcastically acknowledged us being ok with it b/c she's sick but I've also met people like her who were not like that, just a funny choice
I liked it. This is probably my favorite out of all 3 of the movies. The pacing was good, the characters are good and likable, and it makes the threat scary again. To me, it was a good movie. Peace ✌🏻
Its definitely eye opening to think about recent movie franchises and realizing they definitely went with the sequal movies then fuck it we'll do a prequel lol
yes lupita was being annoying stubborn about the pizza but she’s literally in hospice and about to die anyway and she just wants to have pizza since she’s going to die either way very soon.
So instead of diving deeper on the aliens and maybe the military fighting the aliens, we got a goofy story about two unlikable characters on a hunt for pizza. A shame they just didn't wait for john krasinski to direct the third part and now they basically killed the franchise. I was still hopeful in the beginning of the movie but I got completely taken out when just the two of them ran around on a empty street surrounded with aliens but they somehow evaded them effortless even though the aliens are supposed to be fast and ruthless.
The dumbest thing was that the noise from the generator that didn’t even get the nurse killed… the sound of his shirt ripping on the side of the generator got him killed
Someone read “Save The Cat” by Blake Snyder. 😅 “ the idea that if you show your character doing something that makes the audience root for them (such as saving a cat), then the audience will be instantly more invested in those characters.” Guess the writers took the book as literally as they could.👌🏼
See my cat never meows or hisses. She only meows when she wants to go into my daughters room bc she is not allowed or when my daughter is not home and she's looking for her but she doesn't meow at all which is crazy bc as a kitten she would yap and yap. I do agree that she would most definitely hiss when seeing the monster though and I would have to probably leave her or let her follow me until she got taken but most definitely wouldn't have had her in my arms walking around all day everyday.
What bugs me is that this whole pizza-story has no connection to the aliens. You could replace the aliens with any other sort of apocalypse and the pizza-story would remain the same.
I feel like the aliens parallel her cancer. She knows she’s going to die and has accepted it but she wants to survive long enough to get the pizza. That’s why she was so passionate about stopping on the way back and not getting on the bus because she knew it was likely her last chance. That’s why at the end of the movie after getting her pizza and reminiscing on her childhood she summons the aliens to kill her.
@@dariuscleary1354The point is the setting of having to be quiet or dying has no bearing on the main character. In the first movie, the main family is tasked with an interesting set of problems within the world beyond just having to stay quiet, like raising their kids, one of which being deaf presenting another unique set of problems, as well as giving birth to a newborn baby and keeping it quiet. The main character’s goal of going to her dad’s old pizza place in day one does not present any unique or interesting problems that everyone else in the setting doesn’t already have to deal with. It’s an uninteresting premise in terms of the setting it takes place in that doesn’t add any kind of nuance to the world. The setting could be replaced with any apocalyptic event even a basic traffic jam and present the main character with the same exact problem. It’s vastly inferior writing compared to the first movie.
I want My money and time back. I went to go see it cause the other 2 kinda sucked, this one was better but was also disappointed We didn't get no backstory on the aliens and whatnot. It had some moments but not worth the money. Better for streaming. Also is the Cat CGI or something ? During the whole movie the cat didn't make a single sound, hiss or meow, PLUS towards the end when the guy jumps in the water with the cat, the cat doesn't freak out, it stays still like a stuffed animal.
There is a part in the movie where the military tells people that the aliens can’t swim, so it implies that the rescue boats know the aliens can’t swim
Just watched it and that movie was a terrible waste of time to watch. You can watch this movie clicking the skip ahead "10 seconds" button every second and you wouldn't miss anything. There really is no story and outside of the stampede scenes there's nothing new that we didn't see in the first 2 movies. The pizza argument with her nurse was super annoying, like just please shut up about the pizza, I don't care. I actually fell asleep for 30 minutes in the middle of the movie so I re-winded to watch the parts I missed and as expected I didn't miss anything worth while. This movie seems terribly unnecessary, just a money grab I guess.
Yeah good idea… carry potentially loud items with you in order to make decoy sounds. A pillowcase full silverware. Maybe loosely tie some empty glass bottles together into a sash that could hang off your back. Perhaps tie some bells onto the wrists and ankles so they are readily accessible to throw. That is a super smart idea you had.
I thought we would get more exposition about the monsters or atleast the media/government response to a global threat. Instead it was more so just a quiet place but in new york lol, still a enjoyable movie but i definitely thought it was gonna be something else
“How do the monsters know they can’t swim” 🥴 Errrrr maybe because they crash landed on Earth and watched the ones who landed into the water drown? These are intelligent creatures so they would have seen this and thought mhmm probably shouldn’t go in there. Also, maybe their planet has no water so it’s not a skill they would have learnt. Most likely the same thing with the sound? Which is why it triggers them so much. Also Djimon is in the 2nd movie which takes place after this so he couldn’t have jumped in to risk his life saving this random guy and why would he when he has a kid. By all means people are allowed to have their own opinions on movies but most of your issues are with things that have been explained. ..Oh and we’re upset at the fact that a terminally ill cancer patient, who has no living family isn’t cheerful enough?
If they are so intelligent why did one jump in the water then lmao. The creatures don’t see, they only hear. Are you thinking clearly here? Seriously did you even read what you typed out? And they evolved specifically to hunt with sound. How would sound not be a thing on their planet just like water? Sound takes place anywhere with an atmosphere which is evident on every planet with life on it. Are you actually high right now or trolling me? I’m not mad she wasn’t cheerful. Being sad is ok. I’m mad she was actively a douche to her only friend. She had zero redeeming qualities when we first met her it was very off putting. I can’t believe you said “watched them drown” in reference to BLIND creatures. You lost me there, clearly you’re not ok with me disliking a movie you liked and your response is coming from a place of pure emotion which is clouding your ability to use logic. Have a nice day!
Absolutely admire the fact that u were just chilling drinking going off on the script you wrote. I’ve always wanted to make videos like this and this shit was entertaining, thanks bro I needed a laugh
I was down to listen to your perspective up until the “laughing at the nurses death” he didn’t have enough screen time to get attached but that just sounds like you’re not considering what people do out of desperation
I liked the movie, but a lot of your points against it were strong. I think it is much less like the horror movie they marketed and more of a thriller driven through the characters’ development.
Cats are at a weird spot in the food chain where they’re op hunters but are also often prayed on in the wild by bigger predators so they need to always be on alert, this gives them a unique set of skills as both the tasks of hunting and hiding require heavy fine tuned hearing and smell just generally being dialed in especially if it senses a predator, they’d absolutly act right before humans would as we have no natural predators, just occasional opportunistic hunters dinner
I think the ferry scene made sense- they are ok to blast out the foghorn because the aliens can’t go into the ocean, and the people on the ferry are sounding the horn to alert anyone on the land, so of course they would stop if someone is hearing the horn and running towards the water. It would seem that the main objective of the ferry is to collect as many people as possible before moving on.
anyone remember after earth? with the smiths lol.. well the hunter job he had is all it takes to eliminate all the death angels ... like u can touch them most likely and they wont feel anything... just punch them or carry a sword bat etc..
My main comment is that during the helicopters giving instructions to go to the ferry they announce that the monsters can't swim. So everyone knows from the beginning
The names of the main characters were Sam (Lupita Nyong'O) and Eric (Joseph Quinn). I watched this and yeah, I wasn't the biggest fan of it either. I wasn't a huge fan of the pizza plotline, but there have been worse plots
Freedom of speech is protected behavior. The choice to exercise that right by deliberately misunderstanding the motives of Ms. N’yongo’s character seems unfair. I suspect that was the goal… maybe
It was okay, tbh Lupita and Joseph were just fine, they are great actors but this plot. It just had way too many inconsistencies. I mean this is supposed to be Day One. For as shit as the prequel to TWD is, Fear, episode one definitely captures the dread of the Clark family and how they come to know about the Zombies/Walkers. The way Los Angeles is taken down (a tad fast) but within the firstly episode they genuinely set up a great intro to the apocalypse. This, this wanted to be too many things and honestly I'd think this would work better as a limited series. Could gradually show how they come to learn about the water trick (everytime I say that I think about Signs) or how to make noises to distract them so you can move successfully. It was better than the second (the second was almost Zombieland levels of dumb at the end) and it worries me for the impending 28 years later or whatever the fuck its called. Idk its like these writers of TV and movie really need another go round in school to get down proper rough drafts to finshed ones.
I feel like this concept would work great and make more sense in a historical setting. Such as in the wild West or the early 1900s. Where they have to use the technology of the time to defeat it.
