Thanks to Lydia, Lori, Lynn, Yashu, and Dalaynee for demonstrating the dance we did today!
This was truly “dual-tasking” - making us do two moderately difficult things (one body, one brain) at once to help us get better at both. The research proves that this works!
Note: If we are too confused, or the challenge is too hard, it is not truly dual tasking, and does not feel very successful!
