I like the antique royal Typewriter you have in this video background. That's the one model i'm looking to get but not that lucky I guess. Even though this is about the barbie typewriter. The antique royal typewriter sure has me interested. I like the old manual typewriters and I still use one. And currently looking for an antique Royal Typewriter. This is a great video you have there and hope to see more typewriter videos soon

All POLES alive then and their descendants PROUDLY tell the story of their brave operatives who achieved the "ENIGMA" mission so successfully but sadly their part in the story is almost completely UNKNOWN outside of the POLISH/POL-AM and other COMMUNITIES in exile elsewhere.

For what it's worth, the latest version appears to be available new on Amazon France and Spain. (I'm intensely curious how terrible the Mehano typewriters actually are, especially in light of them - as far as I can tell - being the only attempt at a battery-powered ultraportable daisywheel typewriter, in the earlier models that had battery compartments), and the Barbie ones were actually the easiest/cheapest to find shipped to the US.) I've paid $66, and I'll see how quickly it gets here.

Ok, I did NOT EXPECT that ENDING, and DIED laughing!!! Aside from that, are you still looking for a Barbie Typewriter? I'm in Canada, which is a bit of a different market than the United States... at the very least I could keep my eye out! Lol

2:19 This Barbie Typewriter and the WW2 Enigma machine didn't "code" anything - - it was a 'cipherization' process. I have often wondered why Mattel didn't include instructions for use of the substitution-cipher modes. Guess they assumed no one in USA would be interested considering the young age they were meant for. And the Barbie here only offered four monoalphabetic cipher modes. Babysoft encryption compared to Enigma's polyaphabetic cipher.
