Flower Pot beach, a spot I didn’t know existed till recently, even though I’ve spent my adolescence growing up in the area, well 5 minutes away in Marabella, anywho join us my Trinbago Vibes peeps as we explore this part of Trinidad, locally known as the South side of Trinidad, and part of the Gulf of Paria

Yo you in my hometown boi If you use to go to flowerpot when you was smal it had a lot of iron in the water a lot of scrape up we used to get

Appreciate your clip. No loud music, a straightforward overview, and one is able to determine if it's worth checking out. I decided to subscribe and check out your other clips. Keep it real, give facts, and don't romanticize the areas because the crime is real, and no one wants to be set up. Show inside the business premises, cleanliness, variety, and price.

As always , informative ,for this stay home armchair traveler . First time seeing this beach . " Is that " a tree out there ? Place looking clean 👍. Cant believe people could " own" a beach . Aha nice one bro😂 i have my snacks on hand.... 9:08 oh gosh i spoke too soon, litter. Mayhaps it came from off shore . Any how... thanks for the walk along/ take along . Till next we meet . Glad you enjoyed it Sylvan and yeah the first time I saw that tree, I was like wait is that a tree out in the sea, but then at low tide I realized it was on a headland out there

Hey Mary and yeah it’s so so depending on the time of the year you go, plus the seabed is rocky but it has some lovely spots to lime and chill

Wow .My grandfather used to take my cousin and I to flower pot every Sunday in the 1970s when he worked Texaco.Every Sunday we went Marabella Market. We would pick flowers and do devotions in the water .Brings back memories .I am now 59.Thanks for the video.

A nice day at the beach! The drone footage was very good. First time "going" to a Gulf of Paria beach. I never heard of Flower Pot Beach until you mentioned it. It is beautiful except for the rocky bottom. You could probably fish there if it is permitted. My Dad might have taken us on a drive once or twice alongside the Gulf of Paria but we did not stop to appreciate the views. I vaguely recall there was an offshore oil rig down south.... but I might be mistaken. The princes and princesses think someone will pick up the trash. I had a few royal personages in the office, leaving trash on the kitchen counter when the big trash bin was a foot away.

You’re most welcome Shirley and yeah this part of the beach only recently open up to the public…previously it was under the refinery control…but yeah for me this is just a spot to relax and probably fish as you mentioned…and I’m just hoping that future generations don’t continue these tradition of those princes and princesses
