How do you pickup items drops? You quickly mentioned that as you were walking around near the start then jumped to another topic. I'll keep on watching to see if my question's answered but that's why I'm here! I need to learn how to pick items up in game! :D
Same to open shrines, tombs, etc as to open chests left by enemies as well as pick up gear. On controller there’s pretty much just one ‘interact’ button. But I think you can check controls in settings to see what applies to you😊
The only thing I don't understand - how do you equip signs? I've unlocked my sign on Kront that gives me 222hp and I start my game with 110hp - is it bugged or I'm missing something?
Im having a blast, but they nerfed too much in the last patch. Merris is op imo and the only vialable gods mid/endgame are time + death + justice. Im only doing 20 difficulty atm.
At difficulty 20 there was a lot of viable stuff even before the most recent patch. It was only as you got to difficulty 30 and turned on the most punishing modifiers like enemy projectile speed and elite projectiles that builds got super constricted. Have you played since today's patch? Time got nerfed, and the overall difficulty was brought down. Before this I was working on difficulty 30. Across around 10 hours of attempts (about half of which was during the high difficulty patch) I was getting very close with both Merris and Nixi (multiple attempts where I died at Dracula). After the patch I got it in a few attempts, in this case my first win was on Skadi - Sign of the Apprentice with a Krom Chains of War/Blades build... On the one hand it feels odd to win right after a nerf, on the other hand the game feels MUCH healthier now.
@@TenkieiI've seen they implemented an extra patch that lowered the difficulty. I've not played it yet though. It is a bit of a weird approach from the developers to be honest. I'll test it out when I get home from work. I've managed to get to dracula a couple of times at 30 in the past, but that extra damage dealt to you, area etc were too hard for me at the time, even with nearly perfect boons.
Their approach makes sense. The devs goal here is to promote build diversity. So you do that by nerfing outliers and then bringing the average difficulty down so more builds can complete the content. They said there's going to be an optional higher difficulty mode later for people who want a challenge which is a reasonable way to do it. Remember; inevitably in the hardest content build diversity gets constricted, but the more data a dev has the better they can hedge against that.
