Hi there! Decorative candles include flowers etc on top but they should not be lighted as yes, this is a fire hazard. We never recommend decorating candles and lighting them as this is dangerous. You can see the disclaimer on this in the videos description.

Thanks for your comment, this may be due to the volume of fragrance used of the temperature in which its added. You can use between 7-12% fragrance load to the volume of wax used. Each fragrance oil will have a flash point. This is the temperature at which the fragrance begins to evaporate. You will need to check the flash point of the fragrance and that the wax is not above this temperature as if it is, this will lead to a lesser scented candle.
