Young Dude is the real deal. Listen to his interviews. He lost his dad to a heart attack when his dad was outside shoveling snow at home. Rempe was only 15 at the time and instead of acting out, he doubled down on hockey work. He looks up to and hugely respects the women in his life. He started playing hockey because his sisters played. He openly credits and thanks his MOM to being his support system and source of inspiration. I hope he becomes a staple of the Rangers lineup for many years to come. He's a player that fans love. Rempe firsts. -First skater to debut at an outdoor game. -First game was six years from the exact date his dad died. -First fight was 4 seconds into his first shift.
Matt reminds me of Luke Cain from Union College who played hockey on my mens league team for a few years. He probably doesn’t curse and is an upstanding human being.
I just hope the Rangers keep him because he's 6'7" tall 245 lbs of pure strength and he loves to fight, GO RANGERS LET'S WIN THE 2023-,2024 STANLEY CUP. 🏒🏒🏒👊👊👊, congratulations on your new contract, go get em kid.
i just hope nyr doesnt just use this kid up like what happened to derick Boogaard. he is a big fellow has alot of skill in an enforcer role i think any team would be lucky to have signed him. I hope this kid has a great career in the NHL and does not just get bounced around from team to team.
