telling someone they are going to hang up on you is not resolving the issue. and just moves it on to another person, Mirror the behavoiur and deescalate the irrate customer. Listen to what the customer is saying rather than trying to verbalise your company platitudes before the customer has a chance to explain their position. that makes of blood boil then people say i will hang up on you and is inflamatory.

For traditional-chinese cheap manufacturing hack, factor in complaints. Education in trade school for each level of certificate = 1x,2x,4x(parallel connector to other area) Employ to work in production line to manufacture 1x skill component with 2x skills Put 2 components together to form effect of factor-multiplier(1x + 1x) Basic-default objective-purpose(price level) met. Plus-one by consumer to adjust-setting for his home-office-country-purpose is expected and factored into design When worker, boss, consumer complaints... smile-then-laugh... why.? 1x, 2x, 4x education with 1x, 2x, 4x hands-on experience will propose to boss to plus-one on 2x skill required to manufacture 1x skill level component.? Apply to boss and consumer... Apply to pairs of [(1x,2x,4x)+(1x,2x,4x)]+consumer adjustments to plus-one.

Number sequence for difficulty, effort, cost, retail-price, ... (approximates) = 1,2,4,8,16,32,64, ... When A1+A2, then B1 three levels (1,2,4) before considering to use another different concept for the third (additional consideration leads to review of design = $$$$).

I do my part, with plenty of leeway for others and let things be. The moment someone shoots his/her mouth off, i just smile and wait for others to cringe/reply/attack(vested area.sss)/defend(vested area.sss), ... It had been funny for those circus-acts.? Radio, TV news, gossiping grapevines, ... ... this is priceless... they shame themselves in their own social-circles(circus), they hit themselves - where it counts (auto targetting).

Stop blaming your employees, how about that. Costumers are not always right. Costumer upset? Treating you disgracefully, shouting etc, hang up.

If the customer complains about the power equipment product without a price tag, I will just give it for free! For all the customers who will complain that our products don’t have a price tag. I will just give it all complimentary rather than a customer punching me or threatening my life because they don’t want to go back to the aisle that is so faraway!. No need to argue! My life is more important!!! I need to take care of my mental health!!! I don’t have energy to fight! My mental health is more important 😂😂😂😂 They can even return a dead plant if they don’t like it! Some customers are just unhappy with it and they have guns that if they don’t get what they want they can kill me!!!! 😂😂😂
