Systems could rule out every simple task at hand, switch your world upside down and enable for the creativeness of every one of us to overflow. It is a unique and condensed approach to building one’s innovative potential to go Out of Bounds. Through the build of how to develop and build these simple systems, David Jenyns shares the immense benefits that could be gained upon striving for such efficient models.
David Jenyns experienced the systems lifestyle at its raw and prime time upon growing up surrounded by them. He then set out to apply simple systems in life to reach the ‘next level’ quicker...
David’s first big entrepreneurial breakthrough came at the tender age of 21 when he sold the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), Australia’s most well known sporting icon, for $24.95. This was his stepping stone into numerous other business ventures and forged his foundations as an entrepreneur. From franchising rock ’n roll inspired clothing stores to teaching day traders how to trade the stock market, David has an amazing breadth of experience.
More recently, he founded Melbourne SEO Services and Melbourne Video Production - some of Australia’s most trusted companies in digital marketing. Today he’s inspired by checklists, systems and procedures and their ability to duplicate consistent outcomes which he has leveraged into massive success both personally and professionally.

I know the title of this talk implies "youth" as its intended audience, but the message here is just as useful and important to adults. I've been lucky enough to have met David over a decade ago when he came to me for advice in business. Since then, he's far exceeded even my expectations as to how he would effect the world in a positive way. This talk is an example that the world is in good hands with young, inspirational entrepreneurs like David Jenyns. Now I learn from him. Don't miss this talk on simple systems.

I am sooo disappointed....that I didn't think of the weekly allowance score sheet when my daughter was growing up. What a truly inspirational talk for young and old alike to take a simple idea to change one's life. Thank you David.

To be honest, I seem to have been dithering around a lot for some months - lacking commitment and direction. Trying to get myself back in line, always with more ideas than time!

I'm a systems 'lifer,' and the way Dave explains systems with such clarity means it's changed how I'll apply and teach this subject. And I'll apply it to the grandchildren next time we're taking care of them!

I've learned a lot from David's training -- especially from the wisdom presented in this video. David's advice is spot-on. Videos like this have made him my favorite "systems geek".

Very inspirational... Before this talk me and my wife almost debated everyday on why household systems are important and she would render me cynical but I plan to show this video to my wife and put our debate to rest... Thanks David... And I do miss your stock market update mailers ...

Good stuff...I am not a systems person so this is a good reminder. This is along the same line as Eben Pagan's work...you put systems in place, sometimes called routines, then that frees up your mind to be more creative when it counts!

Great talk, Dave, and loved the 'hook' you used at the start to get them interested and curious. Did you pick that up from Dan Kennedy's copywriting tips? Throw out a hook, then tell the story, ignoring the hook until later. Classic Kennedy.

+PortMacOnline Hehehe... it's an old hypnotic trick... opening loops and closing them further down the line ;) Wouldn't suprise me if Kennedy learnt that from Milton Erickson.

Bribery has been around for hundreds and hundreds of years. Two ways to get someone to do what you want and it also has been around for hundreds and hundreds of years. Those are: 1. Put Knots (inflect punishment of some kind) on a head for Not following the rules. 2. Getting into someones's wallet ( Either by Paying them OR Taking from them).
