@lympheneas Yes... I was trying to say that the son (charlie) is as talented as his father (hugh). Look at his reaction when he woke up and when they screamed at him. So cute.
+Ксения Веринчук Don't think there is a particular target here, it's just the absurd notion of these imbeciles being in charge of an investigation, and to play with language in a fun way. Also think they knew the surprise of the baby, and the opportunity to shout at one like this, was too funny to not do. Where else would one get to shout "scumbag" at a baby and make people laugh?

maybe i'm thinking too much into this but you know from the 80's (the thatcher era) conservative governments tend to target people getting social allowances and benefits, and as far as i know single mothers in england were a subject of such a campaign, so maybe they are also mocking the government for their stupidity... ?
