I lost my shit when I first saw the trailer for this update! Mostly because I'm a Webber main and I love CotL!

At least we have a new path that you run faster on. Now i can section off my mini-base without slowing down, very cool. Didn't know that until now

I think the update was great the Don't starve side could have used a little bit more content other than that good crossover

Webber is the most bite-sized character as evidenced by his origin story

Nice to see dst having a collab with a smaller game instead of a game like terraria or tf2 where people have double their hours on dst on those games.

I thought it was bad when i have seen nothing more than skins,this video just showed me more of it. Seriously like ive never seen these structure not even in klei update.

Yeah it was hard to make a longer video on this. There just really wasn't much to work with. Enjoyed the CotL side of things though.

I think most people (like me) are just dissapointed since the steam page said "MAJOR UPDATE" on cult of the lamb's side, so alot of people thought it would be a really big dlc, like the relics of the old god, if they stated that it was a small ending, no one would care

the dst portion of the update was ASS but i do enjoy the cotl stuff even if they havent patched the ability to marry webber, but seriously the paths are just direct traces or even just like the actual models from cult of the lamb and everything else is just, really shit, even the animation was off because i am pretty sure the animators for the usual cotl animations didnt make it

My issue with this crossover isn't that it's bite sized, but rather the fact the new content added in DST is either cosmetic curios for existing items, or obtained in the satanic mistake of a season called "summer", which comes with Wildfires, Earthquakes that destroy bases with hard work, and a Sandstorm that makes the boss responsible for such earthquakes hard to locate. The content in Cult of the Lamb, however, isn't bad at all, and while I haven't touched that game, I'm still glad they added Hunger, Sleep, and a new Follower NPC, and these features are acceptable (unlike some new turfs that requires you to suffer in order to obtain them).

dst fans try to not excuse klei's mediocrity challenge impossible (it's ok guys!, they said it was going to be a small update, and it's completely free, therefore it should be impossible to make any type of criticism about it, even tho the other game they where collaborating with actually put effort and depth in thier part of the crossover. Oh boy i'm so happy the 5-skins-only crossover taked the place of this month's update!!!!!!)

People got their hopes up WAY to high when they heard about the crossover. No wonder they got so mad about it when their fantasies didn't come true. Was it alot? No, but was it that bad? Nah.

Cult of the lamb gets a whole gamemode..and in return..dont starve adds reskins. Very cool Devs.
