I purchased a blakely hoodie recently, would not recommend because of the quality. It was completely faded and blotchy after one wash. When I contacted Blakely, they said it was washed too harshly, it was washed in a 20 degree wash. So basically their quality is so poor the jumpers cannot be washed. Such a shame as they are lovely but unfortunately a complete waste of money as they cannot be washed 😢

Hi I ordered the Isabel black hoodie and mine is loosing so much lint everywhere. I’ve washed it 3 times and no improvement and they said it’s normal. Have yours been the same?
