Hi! I am showing my results using the Royal Crown Hair Grease. I am loving it! So, SHINY!!! Just what my hair needed. I used Giovanni Direct Leave In under it.
**Disclaimer**
I am in no way affiliated with the companies or music mentioned in this video. I purchased the products myself. I am not getting paid to do videos. This is a hobby.
Enjoy! Thanks for watching!

I just did a braid out using Cantu Shea Butter leave in and Royal Crown hair grease and my hair is the softest and shiniest ever. My hair isn't greasy and it's bouncy not stiff. I have medium length, color treated, fine hair and I just used very small amounts of each product and it came out beautifully. So fine hair ladies I say give it a try, you just may be pleasantly surprised at the results. My hair doesn't like mineral oil but loves petrolatum, go figure. Lol

Very pretty twist-out! I say what ever works for the individual, use it. Great point about what we consume versus what products we put in our hair. We as individuals process things differently in life; what may affect one may not affect all.

This is old school ! I remember my mother using royal crown on my hair and it was natural hair. She use a brush and a comb, some water and made me look like a princess. Old school is good and I agree whatever works for your hair is what counts.

I agree what you said about ppl more worried about what they put on their hair and stead of what they put in their bodies. SO TRUE.... bc I bet the totally natural hair product lovers don't use natural body lotion, eat organic foods, or bath with organic soaps etc.

This video has changed my hair life!! I use to hqte twist outs becuz either my hair was dry and crunchy or waxy depending on the products I used. Grease is just want I have been looking for. My hair stays moisturized, defined and shiny!!! Grease is def. a stable product from here on out.

I also tried hair grease after watching jcokes7 video. I used Blue Magic Coconut Oil Hair Conditioner. I used the grease to re-twist my hair one night and LOVED the results. I loved how shiny and soft my hair was and the twist-out was amazing. I also used on my 10-year old daughter's hair. I will try it on freshly washed hair tomorrow. Our mothers and grandmothers used grease with no problem. I will continue to use it as well. Loved your video and your hair is beautiful!! :)

I do agree people usually care more about what they put on there body rather then in.I can see why occasional grease could hurt, as long as its not clogging up your scalp. btw i remember the blue magic smell and softees too

Looks like I need to make a trip to the store. I have yet to see that kind of definition and bounce in my hair, I've been on the natural products train and it breaks the bank with tolerable results. Time to kick it old school. Thanks for the tip my hair and my wallet thank you.

My mom used to use pomades and hair grease on me (even straight up petroleum jelly when we ran out) and I never had a problem with it. My hair was super thick, past shoulder length (nearing APL) and then I fell into the trap of relaxers in the ninth grade. Worst mistake of life. Then senior year, this woman shaved of most of my hair (and even though I haven't forgiven her completely, I'm happy to have gone natural). In five days, my natural anniversary is coming. I'm excited. ^_^

I asked my mom what they used, back in the day and she said grease and water to get those big fros, and I seen pics from the 70's and my moms fro was long and thick..I tried a twist out with coconut oil grease when I first started this natural journey and instead of listening to my hair, I kept watching these videos and jumping on this natural bandwagon and haven't had a good twistout since, mostly use gel on my hair, but I still got 2 or 3 jars of grease that I'm going to start using..
@mskayshante81
@mskayshante81 12 лет назад
I spent so much money on all of those natural hair products and I like you am eating crow right now! My momma used the soft sheen hair grease on my hair and I never had an issue. My hair was super soft and shiny and now as an adult, I did the first twist out with grease since jumping off of the natural product bandwagon! It is awesome! Blue Magic coconut conditioner (hair grease) is what I'm using and I will never pay more than $10 for another hair product again!

I use to grease my scalp with royal crown back in the day and I must say that it is light weight and it actually had my hair growing pretty fast and healthy....... I might have to revisit that as well I have some in my bathroom omg your hair came out so nice your hair always looks great no matter what.

Actually, over the past few years I've seen many ladies on the hair discussion boards and on youtube go through this kind of epiphany, and say ""X" is not the devil, I used it and it works." I've always been one to use whatever works on my hair. I'm a pragmatist where that is concerned. However, although grease worked on my hair when I was a child, for some reason, it doesn't work now. And I've tried it many times. After a while, it makes my hair hard and dry. But I'm with you. Use what works.

My friend intruduced me to royal crown, after spending hundreds of dollars with all natural products that claim moisture, but never did. She has loooooong beautiful hair, she uses RC and vitapointe..Anyhoo, this grease is to die for! leave hair so shiney, moisturized, minimal split ends, and hair growth! Never going back! I love Royal Crown!

LOVE'N IT ! On point ! I am just thinking about the past and what we put in our bodies now, all this sugar, microwave and fast food. WE have to do better ! I know for me, my mom cooked meals everyday after getting home from work at 6 pm and we had breakfast in the am. Mickey D's was a treat once in a blue moon on the weekend. Long hair back then, not even an issue! IT MATTERS WHAT YOU PUT IN YOUR BODY. HAIR IS PROTEIN PEOPLE.. take care of your body and it will take care of you! love ya

Love, love, love your channel and your spirit! 2 months ago when I was so frustrated with my natural hair and various products my husband asked me why I didn't just use water and grease. I looked at him like he had 2 heads! LOL His rationale made sense because he asked 'Isn't that what ur mom used for ur hair when u were a little girl?". I have some royal crown under the sink right now and I will put it to good use. Thank u for sharing :)

This video is AWESOME!! Everything about it resonated with me. Wonderful! Your hair is super gorgeous! By the way, the plastics, chemicals, etc., found in some hair products are absorbed into the bloodstream when used on the scalp. Over time, such absorption causes or perpetuates health problems. Recall that the skin is the largest organ of the human body; what we put on it and in it bear equal consideration. With this in mind, I for one use hair grease on my hair because my hair loves it!!

I have actually never used grease on the length of my hair. It's always been "for the scalp" in my family so, I never saw the point in using it since I already have oily skin! I may visit grease as a sealant after I get finished with this protective style challenge.
