Didn’t see that one coming. But I was told in New York. It’s not worth getting your car back when it’s impounded because the fines are so high. And most people wait until the police auction and buyback their own cars. For far less than the fine.
It's nonsensical, but I don't consider it a joke. There's no humorous _twist_ to the punchline. She could have left it parked in its regular parking spot and kept her $120. I wonder what color OP's hair is. That's a terrible joke - maybe not a joke at all - but it's better than the one in the video.
"I don't consider it a joke" Luckily, being a joke is not subject to your opinion. "no humorous twist to the punchline" There surely is a twist to it. And again, it's a good thing that your opinion doesn't decide things like this. It has its technical flaws, sure. That doesn't mean it can't be funny.
@@Batmann_ If you found it funny, then that's wonderful, and I'm happy for you. Meanwhile, humor absolutely is subject to the opinions of it's audience! That's sort of the point of comedy - it's subject to the culture of the locale. What seems weird to me is taking a non-joke and making an entire RU-vid video out of it. I thought that was worth commenting on. This joke is absurd, and absurdity is def. a form of humor. But the absurdity of this joke isn't actually the point of the joke, and it falls flat in my esteemed opinion.
@@Batmann_ Explain the joke to me then. If you actually try, I think you'll discover that you can't. But go ahead and try, and get back to me afterwards. I'm interested to know what you find funny about it, OR to see if you change your mind about the joke being funny.
@@GeorgeSmiley77 The joke was all about how the blonde supposedly tricked the bank into parking her car, for free, for a whole month. This is also the unexpected twist. It's unexpected as it's not really anything you're thinking about and you may be expecting something different due to it being a blonde joke.
