I read it a few years ago and loved the atmosphere. I also enjoy reading books about books.

I've had this book in my collection for quite a while though have not read it, as yet.. This will be my Christmas read this year - thank you! (I refer to the decade between 2000 to 2009 as the aughts or the noughties.)

The audio recording for this book is excellent. There are two women one voices Vida and the other is Margaret.

This sounds amazing. I guess I'm picking it up now!

I started this book earlier this year and thought it would be to disturbing to continue with. It's in my donation pile, but I could rescue it with a few more favorable reviews!

I saw the film before reading ( a big mistake), and I found it very disturbing.
