A Brief Introduction to Change Management 

Having an exam in change management tomorrow, but i must say this is much more than a good prep video for examinations. This video is entertaining, beautiful and stylistic. Thankyou for this, keep this great work up the learning power in videos like this is tremendous.

As far as I'm concerned "Change" is part of our daily life. It is not a newness. Nonetheless, many people do not agree with change because they are afraid of what is coming next. This video argues how important is to make thinks different. You can not survive if you are not in reaction to the future.

There is more substance in this 9 min presentation than in the whole semester of the MBA change management class I am just finishing up. The audio in the background is pretty dominating though which makes it hard to easily focus on the content...
