The Civil Rights Act of 1964 is definitely beneficial to Blacks; it prevents those who wanted to discriminate against Blacks concerning jobs, housing, education, etc with impunity. Sure, there are still those who discriminate, yet we have the letter of the law as a stop gap.
This is not to knock the Civil Rights Act but we’re still having major issues in all of those areas - jobs, housing, education, etc. I’ve lived in segregated cities post these laws and this needs to be acknowledged. The unemployment rate of African Americans has been double that of wytes for five decades. It hasn’t changed. The issues continue to persist even if there are things spelled out in law.
If Rich black people come together and create business for poor black people to have jobs. Then poor Black people can return investment into the black businesses so we can grow...

Every time someone sends project 25 to me as a fear tactic, I always ask them to quote something from the almost 900 pages of theory and all I ever hear is crickets! THE MOST HIGH is in charge!
