A Brutally Honest Review of My Time at Coventry University | BSc Psychology + MSc Applied Psychology
For my last chatty university related video I thought it would be good to review the place where I have spent the majority of time for the past four years. LEJOG9 CHALLENGE:

watching this was such a relief! I read so many negative points about this uni and i had already paid fees for january intake i thought i made a wrong decision. i have applied for msc public health nutrition

Oooh that sounds like an interesting course! I love the facilities at the uni, just be aware that you may have to actively seek support rather than being provided with it. Depends on your course though. Good luck 😊

How many days a week was your 3 year psychology course for in the first year and how may hours a week was it ???

It was so long ago now that I can’t really remember but I feel like 12-16 hours of in person uni contact is about right alongside lots of independent study. If you check the coventry university website then it tells you all these details about each course 😊

how is BSC (hons)psychology in coventry university? are there good lecturers ?

I think I covered both of these questions in the review video but there are some good lectures and some bad, the same with any uni. I liked it when we had choice over more of our modules as it gave me things to focus on that I was really interested in. We had opportunities each year to do this which I thought was good 😊

All I know is that the building for that department looks cool 😂 other than that I’ve never really been involved in computer science I’m afraid

@@taniaalexis6919 Every non computer science department student has the same answer for this question ain't it?😂 Anyway how is the University overall should an international student consider opting for it? Including the daily lifestyle and rents?

@@saurabhaher7488 Unfortunately so!! But yes, I think the uni is good for international students as we have so many of them here. There are societies for pretty much every nationality too so if you wanted to make friends with some people from similar backgrounds then it is really easy to do so. The actual city has lots of things catered towards students such as: events, restaurants and things to do. Plus Coventry is very close to Birmingham but without the more expensive price tag so you still have the option of visiting a bigger city. Hope thats more helpful :)

Hey is Msc in international marketing and management a good course in Coventry?

Hey, I wouldn’t know tbh. I would recommend trying to connect with people online who have studied that course or similar ones if you wanted to talk about it. There’s usually lots of Facebook pages that you can join especially as the new academic year starts 😊

Sometimes universities don’t send out their offers until June or even July so it might still be being decided. I can’t remember when I received my offer but try and hang in there and maybe get in contact with the uni for further information 😊

@@taniaalexis6919 I have received offer submitted fee clear credibility interview but because of poor feedback I have emailed them to differ to September but uptil know they haven't replied!

I’m afraid I can’t be much help there, sorry. Seems like your application process is very different to mine. All I would say is keep trying to contact them by phone or email 😊

I'm afraid I don't know. I didn't have any friends that studied law at Coventry so can't advise. I'm sure you can connect with people on Instagram who have studied law here though :)
