Hi,താങ്കൾക്ക് Car Ac യെപ്പറ്റി നല്ല അറിവുണ്ട് എന്നതിൽ സംശയമില്ല. പക്ഷ പുറകിലേക്കൊക്കെ Duct ചെയ്ത് Air കൊണ്ടു പോകാത്ത തരം കാറുകളിൽ Lo fan ഇട്ടാൽ പിന്നിലെ സീറ്റിലിരിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് തണുപ്പ് കുറയും. അതിനാൽ ഫാൻ High വെച്ചാൽ Room ൽ Air circulation വേഗത്തിലാവും. Thermostat ൽ നിശ്ചിത Room Temp adjust ആക്കി വെച്ചാൽ മതിയാവും. താനേ Set temp എത്തിയാൽ Comp - Cut off ആയിക്കൊള്ളും. അല്പസമയം കൂടുതലെടുത്തേ comp cut off ആവുള്ളൂ പക്ഷേ Cooling Room ൽ കൂടുതൽ സമയം തുടങ്ങുന്നതിനാൽ comp Cut in ആകാനും കൂടുതൽ സമയമെടുത്ത് എനർജി സേവ് ആയിക്കൊള്ളും. Compressor cut off ആയാൽ വണ്ടിക്ക് Load കുറയും അപ്പോൾ മൈലേജ് കൂട്ടുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യുമെന്ന് താങ്കൾ പറഞ്ഞത് 100 % ശരിയാണ്. Ac യെപ്റ്റി താങ്കൾക്ക് നല്ല അറിവുണ്ട്.👌

2000ക്ക് ഇൽ കൂടുതൽ ഉള്ള വണ്ടികൾക്ക് AC mileage ഒരു പ്രശ്നം അല്ല... Compressor full time on ആയാലും off ആയാലും... Compressor Load ഒരു problem അല്ല.... ചെറിയ engine capacity ഉള്ള വണ്ടികൾക്കാണ് mileage പ്രശ്നം വരുന്നത്

പൊതുവെ നമ്മൾ മലയാളികൾ എല്ലാരേയും കയറി underestimate ചെയ്യാറാണ് പതിവ്... നമ്മൾ പഠിച്ചത് ആണ് ശരി എന്നുള്ള ഭാവം.. Short വീഡിയോ ഞാനും കണ്ടിരുന്നു അതിൽ ബ്രോ എന്താണ് പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നത് എന്ന് മനസിലാകാതെ ആണ് 80% ആൾക്കാരും കമന്റ് നെഗറ്റീവ് ഇട്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്... കുറച്ച് technical knowledge & നമ്മൾ പഠിച്ച വെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് തെറ്റാണെങ്കിൽ അതു മറ്റൊരാൾ തിരുത്തി പറഞ്ഞു തരുന്നത് മനസ്സിലാക്കാനുള്ള വിവരവും ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ വീഡിയോ കണ്ടിട്ടുള്ള 80% -ve teams ൽ കുറച്ച് പേർക്കെങ്കിലും ഈ വിഡിയോ കാണുമ്പോൾ കാര്യം മനസിലാവും.. ഈ വീഡിയോ എന്തായാലും താങ്കൾക്ക് വളരെയധികം ഒരു ബ്രേക്ക്ത്രൂ നൽകുന്ന വീഡിയോ ആയിരിക്കും ⚡️⚡️

Cabinile ചൂട് ആണ് നമ്മൾ സെറ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നത്. കൂടുതൽ സ്പീഡിൽ ഫൻ ഇട്ടാൽ പാസഞ്ചർ ക്യാബിൻ പെട്ടെന്ന് നമ്മൾ സെറ്റ് ചെയ്ത temp ആവും. അതിൽ compressor cut-off കുറയും(compressor cut of only shorter time ആവും). പക്ഷേ once ക്യാബിനിൽ temp ok അയാൽ പിന്നേ compressor കുറച്ച് പ്രവർത്തിച്ചാൽ മതി. ഇനി ഫാൻ slow സ്പീഡിൽ ഇട്ടാൽ compressor cut of is after longer time. പക്ഷേ പാസഞ്ചർ ക്യാബിൻ നമ്മൾ സെറ്റ് ചെയ്ത temp അവാൻ കൂടുതൽ സമയം എടുക്കും. അതുകൊണ്ട് ഈ പ്രവൃത്തി പിന്നെയും പിന്നെയും നടന്നു കൊണ്ടെ ഇരിക്കും. Until reaching desired temp. Inside cabin. Say 24degree First case il compressior cut off കൂടുതൽ but faster cooling to desired temp. Second case cut-off കുറവ് but slow cooling. But cycle continues until desired temp reached ഇതിൽ noticable milage difference ഉണ്ടാകുന്നില്ല ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ തന്നേ negligible അണ്. പക്ഷേ വേറെ പല കാരണങ്ങൾ കൊണ്ട് milage കുറയം അത് ഇതിനെക്കാളും വളരെ considerable ആണ് താൻ സ്പീഡ് ഓഫ് blower fan..

തെറ്റു. Ac ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത് കൂളിംഗ് കോയിൽ തന്നുകാണും തണുപ് സെൻസ് ചെയ്ത് combresor ഓഫ്‌ ആവാനുമല്ല കാരിനകത്തു തണുപ്പിക്കാനാണ്. ഈ ബേസിക് വെച്ച് ചിന്തിച്ചാൽ മനസിലാകും താങ്കളുടെ കണ്ടുപിടുത്തം ഉപകാരമില്ലാത്തതാണെന്ന്. എന്നെക്കാൾ കൂടുതൽ താങ്കൾക്കുതന്നെ നന്നായി അറിയാവുന്ന കാര്യം എന്തിനുവേണ്ടി ഇങ്ങനെ എന്നാണ് മനസ്സിലാകുന്നത്. താങ്കൾ പൊട്ടാനൊന്നുമല്ല, ❤❤❤❤

ആഡംബരകാറുകകിൽ ക്ലച് ഇല്ലാത്ത ac comprassar ആണ് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത് swashplate compressor എന്നാണ് പറയുന്നത് .അതായത് എപ്പോഴും compressar വർക്ക് ആയിരിക്കും swashplate ഉപയോഗിച്ചു കമ്പ്രസിങ് അഡ്ജസ്റ് ചെയ്തു കൊടുക്കും

Blower fan speed കുറച്ചാലും കൂട്ടിയാലും milage വത്യാസം വരുല.കാരണം compressor cut off ആയി on അകുന്ന സമയം compressor കൂടുതൽ load എടുക്കും നോർമലിനെ കൾ.അത് കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ എൻജിൻ അ സമയം കൂടുതൽ ലോഡ് എടുക്കും.അങ്ങനെ വരുമ്പോൾ cutoff ആയി വരുന്ന സമയത്തു save ചെയ്ത fuel അതു on ആകുമ്പോൾ എടുക്കും . മൊത്തത്തിൽ നോക്കുമ്പോൾ milage വത്യാസം കാണുകയില്ല same ആയിരിക്കും

Bro, ഒന്നു reply തരണേ പ്ലീസ്. എന്റെ വണ്ടി WagonR 2014 മോഡൽ ആണ്. ആകെ 44,000 km മാത്രമേ ഓടിയിട്ടുള്ളു. Ac തീരെ cooling ഇല്ലാതെ ഇന്ന് gas top up ചെയ്യാൻ പോയിരുന്നു, അപ്പോൾ a/c technician പറഞ്ഞു gas leak ഉണ്ടാകുന്നുണ്ട് എന്ന് തോനുന്നു. Compressor മാറ്റേണ്ടി വരും എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. 8000 രൂപ ആകും എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു അതിന്. തത്കാലം ac gas top up ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട് എന്നിട്ട് നാളെ കൂളിംഗ് ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ compressor മാറ്റേണ്ടി വരും എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. എന്റെ സംശയങ്ങൾ: 1) എന്തൊക്കെ കാരണങ്ങൾ കൊണ്ടാണ് gas leak വരുക??? 2) WagonR 2014 മോഡൽ vxi ന്റെ compressor ഇന്റെ rate എത്രയാണ്???

Again. You keep explaining how AC works. This is not how you do an experiment. Your claim was that in a car being used fuel usage changes with fan speed of ac. OBD connect cheythitundallo. Fuel trims eathelum eduthit real world test cheyth etra fuel use aayi in each speed ennu kaanikk. athanu experiment. Allathe ac mechanism kaanikkunath alla experiment. Also vandiyil aalkar aanu pokunath avark thanupp kittanam. Do the experiment at full load. Park the car with people in the car in sun. Measure cabin and ambient temperature. Run for x amount of time. Get the vehicle back to same ambient cabin temperature for next speed start next experiment cycle. Design of experiment ennu parayunath athanu. Chilappo ningalude claim sheri aayirikkam but what you have shown here is not the conclusive experiment.

Nope , compressor will work until the desired temperature is attained, so u can't save energy

No it will not because the compressor will auto cut off if it get to the temperature and when it lowers again it works.if you turn of the ac and let it off untill become warm then the compressor needs to put a lot work to attain the temperature so it's better to let the ac on for all the time

Pinne ee paranja blower speed koodumbol initally bro paranja pole fuel consumption kooduthal aakum pakshe long cabin vehicles il bro paranja pole blower speed kurachittaal... it takes time to cool the entire cabin and athrem neram ee paranja so called equipments aellaam wprk cheyyanam... so aa caseil its better to start the blower in full speed and make the cabin equally cool and then change to low blower speed.... Nyway great preperation and well explained...

Good video but one point to add, the AC system does use some of the fuel burnt in the engine. But that usage amount is very small in 4cylinder engines of 1200cc and above where the engine power is already very high because the Ac load is negligible compared to the actual power produced by the engine. However in engines especially with low engine power, continuously using the air-conditioner could reduce the mileage almost up to 20% to 30%. In Maruti Alto, Wagon R etc… where the 3cylinder 800cc and 1000cc engines are used Ac and mileage has direct connection. Where as in Swift , Brezza etc using 1200 and 1500cc 4 cylinder engines there is not much difference in mileage with Ac status or Ac fan speed. And for all Ac units once the fan speed is increased it’s power requirement will increase because the fast moving air flow will increase the heat exchange more efficiently and you can achieve the set temperature quickly in all the air conditioned space properly

താങ്കൾ പറഞ്ഞു വരുന്നത് ഒരിക്കലും workout ആകില്ല. കാരണം താങ്കൾ എസി കട്ടോഫാക്കി കാണിക്കുന്നത് കാറിൽ ആളുകൾ ഇല്ലാത്ത സമയം നോക്കി Heat Load കുറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന സമയത്താണ്. അതും മൂന്നോ നാലോ സെക്കന്റ് സമയം മാത്രം. അങ്ങനെ വരുമ്പോൾ പകൽ സമയം നാലോ അഞ്ചോ പേർ യാത്ര ചെയ്യുന്ന സമയത്ത് ഇത് എങ്ങനെ പ്രായോഗികമാകും. അപ്പോൾ Fan mode ഒന്നിലിട്ടാലുള്ള ഫലം എന്തായിരിക്കും? എസി കട്ടോഫാകുകയുമില്ല അകത്തുള്ളവർ വിയർത്തു കുളിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും 😂😂. ഓർക്കുക Glass close ചെയ്താൽ വാഹനത്തിനകത്ത് എപ്പോയും heat load കൂടുതലായിരിക്കും ആളുകൾ ഉള്ളപ്പോയത്തെ അവസ്ഥ പറയുകയും വേണ്ട. മൂന്നോ നാലോ സെകന്റ് സമയം പോലും Compressor ഓഫായാൽ പോലും അകത്തിരിക്കാൻ വലിയ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടായിരിക്കും . ചുരുക്കി പറഞ്ഞാൽ ഒന്നുകിൽ ഫുൾ എസിയിട്ട് അടിപൊളിയായി യാത്ര ചെയ്യാം. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ എസി ഓഫാക്കി മൈലേജ് കൂട്ടി യാത്ര ചെയ്യാ .🤗

@MG AT EXPLORE പിന്നെ താങ്കൾ പറഞ്ഞത് വിപരീത ഫലം ഉണ്ടാക്കാനെ ഇടയുള്ളൂ. എങ്ങനെയെന്ന് വെച്ചാൽ Compressor ഇടക്കിടെ cut off ആകുകയും On ആകുകയും ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ on ആകുന്ന സമയത്ത് Compressor run ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന സമയത്തിനേക്കാൾ കൂടുതൽ Force പ്രയോഗിക്കേണ്ടി വരുകയും തന്മൂലം fuel efficiency കുറയാൻ കാരണമാകുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു . അതു മാത്രമല്ല Compressor ന്റെ durability യെയും അത് ബാധിക്കാൻ കാരണമാകുന്നു. ചെറിയൊരു ഉദാഹരണം പറഞ്ഞാൽ സാധാരണ നമ്മുടെ വീട്ടിൽ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന Room Airconditioner രണ്ടു വിത്യസ്ഥ typil ഇന്ന് marketil ലഭ്യമാണ്. ഒന്ന് പഴയ model ആയ on & off modelum വേറൊന്ന് Advanced technology ആയ Inverter type A/C യും. ഇതിൽ cutt off ആകാതെ room temperature sense ചെയ്ത് freequency യിൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്തി continue ആയി ഓടികൈണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന Inverter type നെ അപേക്ഷിച്ച് ഇടക്കിടെ Cutt off offay ഒടുന്ന A/C Power cunsumption കൂടുതലാണെന്നും.
