a CAMERA full of limitations! FUJI X100VI 

I always love Fuji colors, this camera series has amazing design, compact, fixed lens,light weight, very easy to carry with you specially for travel 🤗 , thank you so much for this nice video 👌👌👌

Fair summary. Lens is pretty/very sharp based on some independent tests. Agree on jpg v RAW but the menus allow for both. However, the combined file sizes eat memory. I bought one as a supplemental for street and travel rather than carry a heavy Canon DSLR system. Given the Fuji costs less than a single Canon L prime, it’s not unreasonable VFM. Whilst it can be used by (rich) beginners, as you say, it’s better as a tool for experienced photographers. For a beginner I’d go with the Canon M5 and 22mm second hand then the 11-22 lens then the 55-200 lens. Cheap second hand and very versatile. My Fuji is off to a relations wedding for candid shots of the day and not to be seen as a proxy pro with a big clunking noisy DSLR. Ideal for that situation…as is an iPhone Pro (sort of)..

100 present spot ON I didn’t want to invest a huge amount of money for the x100v so I got to myself the Fuji XT-30 ii with legendary XF 18mm f/2 which gives me a 27mm equivalent and I a huge fan of that But, I’ve also got to my hand the X100V more then once or twice and the feeling it gives me stayed the same Why? Cuz it selling us pretty much the same product but in a different box and as the same with the X100VI It might have a different sensor with much great amount of megapixels but the feeling stayed the same And for me it’s totally Ok cuz I think I got into the button of what Fuji sew when the first came with ideas of the X100 Shoot everywhere, anytime this is the main thought behind this camera Anything more is a bonus to me So I’m fine with low megapixel (I’m good with 18) and the focus is not the quickest But I find the privilege of carrying camera super easily, beat all the encounters this camera has

How similar is X100VI to the X-T5? If I use a pancake lens on the XT5 compared to X100VI. Size, weight and carry ability.

Build quality? As compared to what camera(s)? I'm a little disappointed about the build quality. I love my XPro3 and think the build quality is very, very good. You would think for the price of the X100VI Fujifilm could at least match the XPro3 in build quality. Note, I am indeed aware of the issues reported with the XPro3 LCD "ribbon" failing.

you take raws with it and do what you want and like with them, so half your arguments don't apply
