A Century-Old Piano "A Musical Time Capsule" 

This piano is a Steinway from around 1930. Actually, it's not my piano; I'm just looking after it for a while because my friend asked me to. It may have lost its clear and fresh sound like the modern ones, but it carries the silent beauty of the time and history it has witnessed. I look forward to the days we'll spend together!

I grew up playing an 1890s Steinway. Like this one the tone is somewhat muted and soft - quite charming in its own way.

When you imagine who could play that piano, who could touch it, at who's house did it stand, what did these people think about... it really hits different... that piano went through all that and now... it's in your studio.
