If you’re trying to combo someone with Valkyrie but they have a higher %, making dive bomb unable to combo extend, you could also just use 3 with no DS. Just make sure you do a double jump m1 because this one is like samurai’s sakura shot; it’s slightly untrue and counters can get out of it. You could also make wraith dumber by abusing blade barrage’s stun time to turn around to purposefully miss the last hit, turn back around, and continue m1ing. With this, you could m1 into blade barrage, slow m1’s into judgement cut, and you’re gonna have blade barrage back. You could use this to make the combo shown in the video even longer, just note that you won’t get a charge if you whiff the last hit of blade barrage.
Yeah, there’s 300% combos of it now because you can also use rapid slashes into Judgment cut for that bit more time and with perfect timing of delayed M1s it makes an infinite combo
Little tech for monk, if you use air sweep right at the end of assault (spamming it) you often get crazy height from it, giving him even better recovery
i like to do this wraith combo m1x3 blade barrage judgement cut m1x3 rapid slash blade valley/void slash (if the enemy is unskilled you can add m1x3) round trip m1x3/rapid slash (use instantly rapid slash if your enemy mainly blocks) i think you can also extend it with down slams but i dont because im still learning, also while in blade barrage if you are close enough you can sneak in 2 hits (and i think you can confirm spikes if you dash and downslam after a rapid slash with this combo) this combo has so much potential, if you hit slowly you can use max overdrive to make another spike or extend the combo even more
I've found out that Archer 2 is true if you do it extremely close so most of the time you don't have to dash. (Besides even the dash is untrue because if you notice it, you can predict and cancel the dash with an m1
Oh! And there is a wizard surf I made called "wind walking" where you go over their head and use zephyr, causing you to use them as a stair case. And there is another true spike being zephyr again, very precise timing but you could send the opponent downward with the knock back variant of the move.
you can spike with wraiths rapid slash by using it jumping then immediately downslaming take note that this can be inconsistent as your opponent can fling in a different direction
Kinda sucks that you left out some samurai techs so I'ma just explain 2 you left out: Ceiling kill tech: if the opponent is above 170%, you can jump aim upwards then use 1, after the animation ends, double jump then ds, then aim up and delay it for some time like around 1 second then use 3, the timing varies depending on what percent they are but you will get used to it trust me, this basically flings them up and kills them cuz of the ceiling and it is very satisfying to pull off. Variations of this tech: First variation: You can actually combo extend with this but instead of using 3 we use 2, basically after doing a ds immediately use 2 and aim downwards if their lower than 200% and upwards if their above 200%, this does fucking work but there is a small gap if their above 200% so keep that in mind. Second variation: Instead of using 3 we use 4 this time, you do also have to time it similarly to the ceiling kill tech, you can use this instead of the ceiling kill if your 3 is on cooldown, just wait for a second depending on their percentage, use 4 downwards or upwards depending on the percentage, and aim it at the kill zone. Insta kill tech: this is a spike he forgot to mention, and it is pretty damn simple, when their near the ledge and you managed to get a combo, use 1 then angle your character side ways to the wall of the map, unshiftlock and point your cursor at your victim, then immediately use 3 downwards, this fucking instakills any class right now at atleast 40% which is kinda insane. Instead of using normal heavenly assault you do my monk dash just simply use dash then 1 you can wait a second to almost finish the dash making a little dash but you can do stuff until you can reach like 15 stud i dunno but i think it was dash then quickly use 1
