I make healthy muffins: 1 cup oats, dried raisins or dried cranberries 80g , almond 80g (need to be chopped ) 2 apples, 1-2 tablespoons of sugar, teaspoon of vanilla. : blend oats until fine and then sit on side , cut the apples with skin on (just wash really well) and put into the blender to blend with that apple blend add 3/4 water and again blend together until moisture and sit on the side, fine oats that already blended add almonds, cranberries or rosins, vanilla and sugar and use to mix together with spoon (not blend), oat mix and apple mix together (use spoon to mix together) until it all comes together pour into the large 6 cup sizes muffin pan( brush on inside of pan with avocado oil) into the preheat oven 360 degree for 20 to 25 minutes until baked well , should check in 20 minutes to make sure it baked if not give another 5 minutes , can have as breakfast or snack, it's very good and healthy, let me know how it turn out ,,
