This has the fantastic vibes of going to dinner with a couple you’re friends with and listening to them talk about a show they just binged. The noodles are getting cold, but the conversation is too engaging to watch/listen for that to be a problem. The restaurant is closing, though, and the waiter is getting impatient. Loved it

I'm Australian and I have never met an Australian named Brad. We have Bradleys but rarely are they actually called Brad. I feel like Brad's character was just meant to be American but Adam Demos auditioned and they were like 'Brad's Australian now'. Also, I had no idea who Adam Demos was but after watching this video I looked him up and he's from my hometown, which for whatever reason makes me so uncomfortable lol

I'm not proud to say it, but I specifically renewed my Netflix subscription to hate watch this show cos 😤😤. Not just because this show is based entirely on a bored housewife fantasizing about her douchebag ex who has NO redeeming qualities apart from having big dick and being a little bit more spontaneous than her plain husband. But that LAST episode of season 1. When the show writers tried to conflate Billy's experienced being an unfulfiled housewife to her friend's experiences as a black woman having to code switch???🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ I can't, the whole show for the most part is harmless softcore erotica and badly written drama, but as a black woman watching that episode. It pushed it over the edge for me.
Sometimes I’m kind of shocked about small, insignificant cultural differences. Like, when your said “she had a shot of Jägermeister without Red Bull” and were shocked about it, my Germany brain went “Who drinks Jägermeister with Red Bull?! Ew!”. Like, over here we always drink it purely. Even older people drink a shot of Jägermeister after a meal, as a bitter to counteract the fats and oils so it digests easier. So weird.
