Are you in the same boat as I am? You go to sleep early, you wake up even earlier? So you end up getting a couple hours of sleep, waking up at some obscene hour and then you can't go back to sleep to wait out the six hours until you actually have something to do?

My favorite adaptation is The Muppet Christmas Carol, but I also like the ones with Alistair Sim (he was Scrooge twice, first in a live-action version, and again in an animated version), the one with George C. Scott, and the one with Patrick Stewart.
