Stella! You always leave the most heartfelt comments! Thank you so much for the sweet words and kindness :')) I am so excited to have a small but decent sock collection (right now I have two finished pairs that I wear, and 3 more that I have gifted away). Hahah! Definitely chaotic, but it captures my feelings and excitement so well, for which I am super happy :DD I tend to forget what was on my mind, if I were to record a weekly.monthly video, and this is sort of like a visual diary :D Future me will be "thrilled" :DD I hope to finish it! I worked the next 6 rnds today and at least it knits up fast. I am ready to gift it away and hone down on the other knits! Thank you for the sweetest wish! A kind, hopeful and pleasant new year to you as well

I want so many of these tiny socks! All in due time, I have to uphold my promises and finish a few sweaters before I start anything else haha! Truthfully I am super new to knitting socks and am so crazy excited for summer because I could never knit anything during the warmest months, and now I will knit socks to my heart's content! I am not good at sock color work tho ... and want to knit the Magic Toadstool Socks so much :'))

@@ghostpuff yes socks are great for summer because they're portable and not too... Wooly! And heavy. I must make some more mushroom socks and turn them into sock this time. My colour work was too tight last time and I made them into fingerless mittens 😊 I must try them again 😊

Awww shucks! Thank you so much Wendy! It still feels somewhat Christmasy even a few days later, I almost finished a pair of socks and am already making plans to tick off the other WIPs by the end of the year. Thanks for being here and until next time 😺

Awww!! So happy to hear! And about socks, my go to starting point would be winwickmum dot co dot uk! She will show you everything about socks in a very newbie friendly way! Look for the "Learn to knit socks" tab on her blog! I am also fairly new as I only started at the end of September, but have knit a good 9-10 pairs now and cant wait to learn more :DD

Hahah! I keep telling myself, life is too short to not follow along with the knitting mojo, no matter what that entails :DD Enjoy your new sock cast on yess!! Also I will look into it! :DD
