And the movie was ahead of its time with a biracial couple that wasn't just black and white. With the prince being asian. And they're also making another Cinderella movie with Camila Cabello whose hispanic. And Sofia Carson whose also hispanic has a Cinderella movie. I think with how many different versions of Cinderella there are, people don't care as much. Where with little mermaid I guess they care that Ariel looks exactly the same because there are no little mermaid remakes and they want it to be just like the cartoon I guess
