The San'tok.yāi is cool, and it's great to see more variety in the 'verse. It's not one that I've ever been interested in flying myself and I love that we're at a point where we have so many choices that there are some that might be really popular, really capable, or both, but that you're still in interested in having in your own fleet. Looking forward to the day when we mostly see the common, cheap ships, then a variety of the rarer, more expensive, and more exotic ships fleshing out the 'verse.
It´s very pleasant to fly it, it´s a mess to land it at least in 3.23.1a . It just drops without much that you can do when you activate your landing gear.
The Yeng'tu repeaters use to be the best and I wanted them on all my S3 hardpoints, but now they are nerfed and have nearly the same stats as the CF-337 Panther (according to erkul.games) and only a little less HP than the CF-337 Panther making them oh so slightly inferior to the CF-337 Panther (for alpha 3.23.1 at least).. but they sure do look amazing, regardless :) I'm sure that will change again in the next patch or three.. we'll see.. I do agree that they should be better imho.. at least to some extent.. like maybe keep the hp lower but increase the ROF, Alpha dmg or speed - anything to make them stand apart as "alien" tech. That view from the cockpit though, is just breathtaking.
I don't need no AE-LEEN ship, gimme dem HOO-MAN ships! *spits to the side* In all seriousness, though, alien tax madness these undesirable. That Cutter, though? Amazing starter.
