You are so cool that is awesome music you’re doing I remix songs on my PlayStation and my phone I didn’t. I could play on my connect my phone to the R RU-vid. I like it when she songs that way I got troll walls then I came back home and I don’t know why.❤
The 4/4th structure is off, the synth percussion is behind. You know why women are DJ's nowadays? They don't have to work hard and transport 300 12" records and put them all on the SL1200s. Sorry, there can only be truth.
@@tonygirney3516 There was something majestic about going to the record store, grabbing a drink and smoking a cigarette and sitting together at the desk while the store owner mixed brand new music non-stop with all the DJ's of the local clubs and discussing the records, seeing who buys what and choosing the right records bc the time it took from 12" promo to actual club hit made it impossible to buy the right music bc those records would be sold out by then. You only had thursday evening to prepare and memorize the tracks and friday, they would be played for thousands of clubbers. That's why the SL1200 will always be the one and only icon of dance music that will never be forgotten, the 1200 is engineering perfection.
@@ronnywouters7037 .. Aahhh. . Ronny.. Jeezz...you brought back memories mate. Fuk miss those days. My time was back in South Africa. More a club scene as there were no large events or festivals at my time ( mid 80s-90s) Got 90%of our 12s from UK and Europe. I got to witness the birth of House and early techo. Going down to my select import shops to find the hottest trax coming in. Knowing that I may be the only one who may have a one of one pressing. Trading ,swapping and borrowing 12s. I still run a step down transformer on my 1200s..lol..South Africa uses 230 volts..Canada is 120v. They are heavy...I think that's what made them such a stable platform. 🇨🇦👍 But you are right though about "putting in the work". Sitting on the the toilet scrolling through Beatport and record pools ,downloading onto a USB is not the same..lol
@@loontunez6724 And that is exactly why they are no dj's! they push computerized machines that do the dj work for them! The computer limits them! not the other way around!
