To some, coffee is more this an after meal treat. Creamers and sugar, hey that sounds like dessert. Whatever your opinion is, here's my coffee story, how I began with coffee time and Dad. All day, every day, hot weather or cold.
And thanks to ‪@Stillypapabear‬ for breaking in the conversation and provoking some thought, great stories to be told.

Folgers should send you a crate of that stuff for promoting it so well. Great story, thanks for sharing. I grew up on instant coffee myself, for years i stipped drinking it, but when lm hanging with the folks, if they're visiting, I'll have aomw instant wirh them. 🍻☕

That was a good story. In the army, my dad said the would put coffee in a sock and throw it into a pot of hot water. 😳🤔

I bet... My dad being Navy, they always had hot coffee aboard the ship. That and ice cream were always on tap. Strangely enough.🤠

That story was perfection. I worked with a guy about 10 years ago (he was about 15 years older than me) - he always put a ton of cream and sugar in his coffee. I saw him making it one day and said, "Oh, you put cream and sugar in your coffee. My little sister likes it that way too." He never added it again (at least not when I was around). 😂

My folks got into the whole bean, grind it yourself deal back in the 70s. It was always dark roast, strong, and black. I blame them for my current addiction to higher end blends😂

Being with mom and dad on a coffee journey to find the best bean... Doesn't sound bad to me. If I could have one more with them, I would. 🤠
