A Comparison: Nuvo, Pops & Liquid Pearls 

My “scientific” comparison - LOL!
Bottom line for me:
1) Nuvo Drops are my fave!
2) Liquid Pearls are easier for me to control
3) Pops might be better cost-wise (1 oz v. .5 oz of Liquid Pearls)
4) Glossy Accents for the win! If you are looking for clear that is.
And #5:
Swatch cards are important!!
