Dude is the real hero without being a hero himself. The facts that he prepared everything even before and after his death. Not only for himself but for those who stay behind.

Just a couple of extra tid bits. Spoilers ahead 1. Lara, Rudi and Roxy's oldest child, is fated to destroy Hitogami/Man God. But she won't be alone. Some of own siblings (possibly Lilly and Lucy) will be assisting her. Moreover Rudi and Eris's descendants will be there too. 2. One of Eris and Rudi's descendants is supposed to be Lara's Sword and Shield and be her bodyguard. Possibly either one of Ferris Greyrat's decedents or Chirstina's descendants (most likely the former). 3. At some point in the future Lara and Sieghart and his descendants will become enemies. This stems from Lara, at one point, telling Sieghart before he leaves that "No matter what, we'll always be family." She said it in a very sad and unnerving way that made Rudi worry. 4. Orsted promised not to kill any of Rudi's family or his descendants so long as his is alive. Even though some of them are bound to turn against hum. 5. Whether there is an afterlife or not in the MT world is actually up for debate. While Rifujin has never stated if there is one or not (slightly implied there isn't), with Hitogami's constant manipulation and anger towards Rudi at the end, he most likely told him a lie about there not being one. 6. Nanahoshi is immortal until her fate is is fulfilled which will most likely be to help Rudi's children and descendants 100 years into the future along side a special boy she is supposed to help.

rudeus may have surpassed the dark future one after the final arc he was still practicing with orsted and who knows how strong his mk armor became
