Great video. Nothing is annoying like one commenter said. The man looked happy someone was filming his talent. I don’t know how he knew the boards were coming.

I am curious about the hook tool, as I see in a lot of these videos the plank puller having to sweep with the hook to dislodge any stuck gravel or sand that has caked in the steel, or banging with the end of the stick to shake things loose and make the flow better. Why not put a flat steel plate on the opposite end of the hook, like a margin trowel size that he could use for scraping along the walls along the edge of the pile? You could even angle it to be the same degree as the side of the bin, so when he puts the rod across the conveyor to use as a seat, it would act as a base plate and make it more stable.

Why are there planks in the material? To stop the conveyor getting crushed when the holds are full?

Where are the boards coming from?

I dont see why they need the boards, the conveyer would probably work without them?

Now if this were to have taken place in the USA, both workers would have been on their cellphones, lost their balance 12 seconds into the job, and died in the process.
