This is what I've been looking for for a long time. My last motherboard had wireless and a secondary NIC. I wanted OBS on one NIC, my games on another, and some local network stuff on the wireless. That way I could turn my VPN on for my primary and connect to games that way, thus preventing a minor attack vector.
The reason why it might not work in many many games is due to that this program ForceBindIP, is using DLL injecting method. So games just block it simply
can one application ( eg. discord / outlook/ whatever) choose ONLY ONE network it can be connected to or it can connect to both and interact with both network at the SAME time ?? ( meaning, taking data from one network and push the data to another network / vice versa)
hi sir, I've try using forcebindIP gui with my steam game(lost ark) but for some reason it wont work. Idk if it is because the game has to be launched through steam and the anti cheat program also run first or something like that, but I could not get it to work. Do you maybe have any suggestions?
@@jdat i need to play a game through steam, how do i write the target? ive tried using: - %windir%\explorer.exe steam://rungameid/*gameid* - steam://rungameid/*gameid* - actual shortcut to the game that contain path above. - steam.exe itself (won't work, it only effects download patch) those are not working because i need to launch directly from steam > game guard > game itself. Any suggestion?
would have to depend on the VPN, look for a setting in your vpn to have it ignore whatever apps you’re trying to control. VPNs won’t route through two network adapters at once
