holy cow this is incredible all around! editing is just superb, great pacing, very informative, easy to follow.. wow! good job and thank you. deadeye is my next character I'm fully maxing
This is the most comprehensive guide I've seen so far. Also would've saved me a lot of gold if I'd seen this sooner 😅 Great work, and hopefully this saves future deadeyes from falling into engraving traps.
Hey great guide! I think for t1 and t2 I would go crit/swift mainly so that new players can get used to playing the class and swiftness will help make deadeye feel way less clunky. Deadeye is a class that needs a lot of practice and knowledgeable of boss attack patterns to squeeze in every attack in as possible as you'll need to play extremely well to get mvp. I think once you've mastered this class it's one of the most rewarding and fun to play.
I’m brand brand new to the game, played a bit during CBT and Deadeye was the only class that kept me interested early on while trying them all out so I’m definitely going to be referencing this video for awhile. Thank you for making such an amazing guide, the editing and info is top tier
Very well made guide! Big props Only thing that could possibly have been covered is counters with LR and EE, stagger/destruction rotations, and going out of your way to save space bar to cancel out of Dominator and SRF if need be
Hello Area nice video I was wondering is there a updated guide that you have made because im thinking of maining my deadeye and hoping to find a good well detailed guide like this one that you have made Areax.
Paladin has actually one of the slowest dashes in terms of the time between the end of the animation and when you first pressed the dash button. If you want to find the fastest dash, try Blade Art + Maelstrom DB dash and Demonize SH dash. They're so fast that they almost move out of the center of your screen.
Instead of CD 3 + Adre 2 + EW 1, would CD 3 + EW 3 also be viable? It‘s the same crit rate, losing a bit of Atk power of Adre but off set by full potential of CD plus no need to keep Adre stack up.
Keep up with the good work! Just an info, how much dps do you lose by going 5x3 1500 spec 500 swift (EW KB AM GR AD) instead the 4x3+1+2 200 crit 1300 spec 500 swift?
I'd guess around 3.5%-5%. I tested both setups 6 times each and found a 5% damage increase with the 4x3+1+2 setup with the 1300 spec, but I think I was on the higher end since I think I was critting slightly more than what would be expected.
@@Area_lul Thx for that, i tried in trixion with my alt and obtained almost the same 4-5%. Probably as an alt i will build him as a 5x3 unless i'll find a cheap 5EW jewel
thanks for the guide! one question thu, im running deadeye soon and i want it to be good-budget but i dont want to ruin the dmg and stuff, any how im running full spec-crit with enhanced weapon at full and grudge and ambush, keen, and lastly spirit, the reason why im doing this is to get high quality earing and neckless due having spirit on them do u think not having cursed dull would be fine cause my spec would be high enough to cover the lake of missing cursed dull? i hope my question was clear :D
I actually think playing with Conviction + Judgement will make your performance worse. There aren't any combinations of skills that make running those two runes intuitive. Having to prep Conviction + Judgement before any damage skills will also cause you to lose damaging windows/opportunities (since you have to chase and kiss the boss's rear).
@@Area_lul I tried both build in Trixion 10+ times and find out that conviction+judgement provide more dps. But as you point out, I am not sure which one works better during the actual boss fight.
Let’s not confuse people by saying this class can be played by anyone. We already have a enough of a floorslinger population, an easier version of deadeye.
