It truly makes a difference the people you are around. Some are energy vampires taking your energy. Others are just evil hearted people whose energy is dark and those of us sensitive to energy we can feel it and it affects us mentally and physically. It sounds like you realized to stay away from anyone that doesn’t uplift you. A person cannot change their energy.
