Thanks for sharing this Sara. I was so sorry to not be able to join you for the final meeting and recording, but very much enjoyed being part of earlier discussions - it's so brilliant to engage in professional dialogue! I'd like to add the note that the diagram shared at the start which I use with my trainees at Leicester and Leicestershire SCITT is built up gradually: we work on (i) establishing the start and end points, (ii) adding the small steps and tricky bits, (iii) then we consider representations and finally (iv) we add in some possible tasks which enable pupils to work with the same representations as in the input. I hope that helps. I really do think this is a great PD resource, thank you for hosting and sharing this.

It was great to work with you Vivien and such a shame you were not able to join us for the final meeting. Thank you for the further explanation of the diagram at the start. It’s helpful to understand that the diagram is built up over time and the steps you progress through. 😀
