Award-winning actor Cuba Gooding, Jr. and producer Rick McCallum discuss the story of the Tuskegee Airmen with Harvard Law Professor Ronald Sullivan. Cuba Gooding Jr. and Rick McCallum worked together on George Lucas's feature film, Red Tails. The movie, as well as a complementary History Channel documentary titled "Double Victory," is inspired by the Tuskegee Airmen, the first African American military aviators in the United States armed forces. During World War II, the American military was racially segregated and the Tuskegee Airmen were subject to discrimination, both within and outside the army. Despite these adversities, they trained and flew with distinction. Also in attendance: retired Lieutenant Colonel Enoch "Woody" Woodhouse, a Tuskegee Airman.
