Join us for a conversation with Yoko Ogawa, the author of the Japan Semester Book Club selection The Memory Police. Ogawa studied creative writing and graduated from Waseda University. She is the best-selling author of more than 50 works of fiction and nonfiction and has won every major Japanese literary award. Her work often addresses themes of memory, loss, confined spaces, and women’s roles.
