Having struggled a little with low energy this week (moving, new jobs, ivf treatment) I got back on track with my yoga practice yesterday and today.. sat down to have a little brunch and there was Kay's video! How lovely 💜🌸🐝

Oh a slow cooker. I’ve had one for many many years, and absolutely love it. I highly recommend one to anyone who is thinking of getting one. And yes I do stay in my pjs all day. I live near Melbourne Australia and we are going through our sixth lockdown. Being cozy and warm is wonderful. ❤️

I have multiple auto immune problems, rarely had a cycle but I find herbs teas and vitamins to keep my energy up and exercise (yoga). I love autumn and fall except for our time change when it gets dark so early. We play board games also at Christmas. I would like to initiate that with my sis n laws once a month. Love the video.

Only recently found your vlogs. I watched this one in my summerhouse listening to the rain. I won’t invest in the menstrual cup as I’m 52 and almost finished with periods but will tell my daughter about it. I’m looking forward to more recipes for the slow cooker ..your dinner looked lovely. 😋

Really liked your video on occasion I to choose to be in my pajamas/nightshirt all day especially if im not feeling the best. It nice to have something comfortable it makes me feel better. Especially in the hot Texas weather. Also kitties are beautiful as always!

I guess my work at the hospital, the constant movement follows me home.😩I need to be more like you! Echo and Rory look so big and adorable, bless them! Love watching you videos on my Sunday mornings! I am so waiting for fall to arrive to get into sweaters and lot so of soups and stews.There are many simple things that the crockpot can do. Two of my favs are just washing regular or sweet potatoes and dropping them wet and whole into a dry crockpot. Great to have in the frig. I also found out that instead of canned beans, I could put a pound of bean with enough water to cover at least an inch. They freeze great and I am ready for all sort of recipes or just snacking plain (without the goop of a can, plain beans are delicious.)

I love having pyjama days ☺ no obligations, just keeping things basic and focus on wellbeing 🥰 on rainy days I enjoy a little sweet treat in the afternoon, paired with a nice cup of tea🫖 Can't wait for autumn to arrive, it's my favourite season💨🍁🍂🍃🎃greetings from Germany 🤗

I love my slow cooker. Just a trick I use if the sauce is a bit runny add a bit of cornflour to thicken it up. 😃 My favourite part of the day for me is having a bath after I finish dinner and put pj's on and watch tv in my bedroom. I have been loving wearing leggings in the day lately. So much comfortable then jeans. 😁

I dream of a day when transporter pads are real and I can zoom over and spend a lovely slow day with you! Granted, we might have been interrupted cleaning the room with me wanting to play all the board games! I got so excited seeing them! It’s not easy finding individuals who still play a good old fashioned game! I am curious which ones you kept and which you gave away! - as always on my second watch through as I comment 😁 - pears on the tree! I am looking forward to a nice savoury crisp pear fall salad recipe and of course desserts 🤤! - giggles, once again, Echo sitting regally in the window and then Tigger pouncing in from behind him! 😂 hey! I got my nickname for Rory now! Tigger it is! - the rose bush is so lush! - are you getting use to the farm now😜 - I am so glad you are making videos that speak on periods and healthier alternatives than tampons and pads! I wish when I started my cycle in the 80s I knew more about how toxic these things were and was more aware of the landfill issues. I want to get these for my nieces but sadly, my sister doesn’t allow for our relationship to be such where I could. Definitely there is also a financial savings! I am curious if in the beginning you did use a panty liner until you knew they wouldn’t leak?? And elegant actually works for a description! - I definitely want to save up for her book series! Is there a photo for each recipe? I still totally want the Swan appliances lol, wish they were available in Canada! I absolutely agree, I do find the best source of iron for me is red meat. I do my best to support local, small ethical farms with free grazing cows, and while I 💯 support individuals who choose vegan lifestyles, I always hope they can respect my choices too 🙏🏽🤗. I am dreaming of cooler weather and lamb stews! - as for PJs 😂, well since I lived on my own for about 30 years, I didn’t sleep with them ☺️ so they were what I guess others called lounge wear? So when I am home it’s all I literally have to wear 🤣. I have work clothes and pj/home cloths and one track pants to do groceries and laundry in 🤣. The racing chair is cool! But, Dom, you should be cleaning and maintaining that room 😜! - i miss making my candles and melts. I actually have one called Harvest Moon as well! Different scent based though 😄. Since 2020 it’s been hard to get supplies. But my favourite scents are actually these organic pure essential oils I use. I need to make more of my Forest Bathing series! - I am so excited to see what you will do with the bathroom, when the time comes, because I just love your aesthetic and overall style and energy!! - heehee, when I take baths (use too been forever) I would use like half a bottle, or a full one 😂 of bubbles. Love the cameo by Dom lol. I am totally watching autumn content already lol. - your mask always looks so smooth and perfect!! Okay, beautiful family have an amazing week! I do love my slow cooker, I’ve been using one for years. I especially like lean diced beef with lambs kidney and I chop up any veg I have then cover with water and leave it to cook for 6-7 hours…then an hour before it’s ready I add gravy granules and then I make dumplings with Atora, delicious! Will look forward to seeing other meals you do in the slow cooker. Also I do love my pyjamas days but it’s only on a Sunday as it’s the only day I don’t have to be dressed.

Hi Kay thank you for another lovely video. They always calm me! I’ve been thinking about switching to a menstrual cup for ages but I’m a bit worried about it. Can you sleep with them in or is it just for the daytime? Is it a faff getting them in & out? I’ve got friends who rave about them but I’ve never quite brought myself to get one. Comfy clothes are the best. We always get in to them when we get home. We are getting the top end of a hurricane right now. It's raining and actually cool out. The casserole looks good.
