Kay, I’d just like to say thank you. When I became ill and spent a long time in hospital with my neurological disorder, your videos brought me such peace. It was always my plan to live quietly like you, enjoying the garden etc but my body has other ideas. Now I’m being careful not to push myself and walk too far for risk of suffering respiratory failure again, and dreaming of past trips and garden activities, yet always in the back of my mind wondering how ill pay for the cab to my next hospital visit and who will come with me. Your video about a day in your life with chronic illness really helped me feel less alone, and you’ve inspired me to start my own little business. I really enjoy the slow process of ceramics when I’m able, and I hope others will too. I won’t let this beat me entirely ✨It’s funny how quickly life can change, and although I’m sure you don’t, never take a second of your day for granted, lovely one. Please keep sharing your little corner of the world with us, you do so much good without even knowing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart 💕

Hugs lovely, the bad days are the worst ,whatever our conditions i know 😦i have Endometriosis and its absolutely awful on the pain days,i can barely function and thats just with the pain,people dont realise the anxiety and depression that comes with having conditions and the strength it takes to just do everday things even sometimes ,but hey thankyou for sharing ,your doing great and your buisness will too! Xx

Hi i can't have kids n we had two sister cats and wen the last one died aged 17! I was grieving like u would a person, it's so lovely having pets to love, we now have our 1st dog but those 1st cats will never ever b forgotten x

I’ll be honest I came for Echo and stayed lol your kitties are beautiful, I have an elderly cat who chose me 5 years ago but is now getting more poorly, it breaks my heart. I love your home and that journal is beautiful. I need to take more care and time for myself. Love to you all 🦔🦦🪵🍁🍂🌾🌻 xx

My Aristotle kitty used to wake me up really early (usually by walking on my pillow and pulling my hair!) to feed him. I bought an automatic feeder for him and he stopped waking me up. I found one that had several bowls that rotated under an opening so only one bowl was exposed at a time. When I was looking for the feeder, I read reviews about ones that drop food from a container into a bowl and people said that their cat had figured out how to stick its paw up the opening and trigger the food being released - so I bought the bowl one and didn't have any problems.

Happy Sunday to you too Kay. Its very autumnal here too today, got up at 6.45am and the mist was just laying over the fields with the cows in and the first berries are on the honeysuckle! I lit my candles last night, and pulled the curtains at 8.30pm so it was cosy. Loved the cookies and will be trying them soon. x

Hi Kay tried the cookies I'm sure I'm doing something wrong could you let me know what makes you use. I put it on about a 180 fan for 8 to 10 mins but they just don't come out right. Any help would be greatly appreciated thankyou sad I couldn't get it right 😭😭😭 xxx

I gasped when you put the coffee directly into the cup! Ha! It is a lovely cuppa when brewed properly ;) I'd really recommend getting a wee filter coffee machine; they aren't too expensive depending what model you get. Although, I suspect you might be like my husband, who just prefers instant coffee despite having access to a filter, Nespresso, and espresso machine!
