A while ago I bought a long firm pillow from Dunelm cost somewhere between (£30-50?). When my back plays up i use it in the same way as you do to help me sleep comfortably. Interestingly when I was pregnant (years ago), was the only time i didn't experience any back pain.

Nursery is looking so cute, love the colour on the walls, it's such a calming space 💙

My son Arthur is 3 now and I still sleep with a pillow between my legs. It is a hard habbit to break, so I hope Jamie learns to love the pillow 😭😂😂 xxx

For your backache try a hot water bottle or you can get a gel filled pack that you heat up in the microwave. It works for me.xx

And also, when your baby is new born and it is summer, normally you put a thin long sleeve on, because the baby doesn’t go in the sun. Of course the baby shouldn’t be to hot. But they doesn’t have a body temperature regulation like us, when they get cold they have a very hard time to be warm again and the other way ❤️ I hope you know I say it in a good way 🙏🏼 maybe you didn’t know.

Loved this vlog, I haven’t lost a parent thankfully yet, But ive lost all of my 4 grandparents and it’s hard, But what you said about change i don’t like change , I like to be in my bubble, And what you said with ppl don’t belong in you’re life at that moment, I had the wrong “friends” they didn’t accept me for who i was, They found me very spoiled but i always said i have very hard working parents, And i feel very lucky and thankfull for them❤️ But to cut ppl out of you’re life isn’t that hard i did that with a whole group cause they didn’t treaded me well, I blocked them over at facebook and blocked all the numbers out of my phone back than , And i don’t like fake ppl, I hate them! My sister in law has a best friend and the otherone works with her to do that, They acted completely different when i am arround and i hate it! But i don’t wased my energy one them anymore, But i have my bubble now and i am happy and i like it like that😊❤️ Ps i felt you’re father was standing in the doorway in the beginning of the vlog😊 Like a guardian angel for you and the baby boy💙 And with Tilly and Teddy i have that the same with my cat Yra she is a maine coon she is 12 years old now and turning 13, And we had 3 years ago 2 but her brother passed away he was very ill and couldn’t get better 😢 Still miss him everyday❤️ But she is so much more calmer and cuddlier🥰 Stay safe❤️😘

I had my sons who are now 23 18 and 16 years old and I’m telling that pillow was worth every damn penny and you can use it to help support you whilst breastfeeding or pop baby on it whilst feeding trust me they are brilliant

Hi Gemma just a little tip ..before baby is born wash all baby's new clothes so they are all ready for baby as it softens them up and they smell divine too not everyone does this but I found they make them more comfortable for baby x

Hi Gemma, just a little tip for you: Just to get Tilly and Teddy ready for baby. Try playing a video of a baby crying; it helps them get used to the sound, we did it with our dog for our grandson as they all lived we us for a while when he was born it really helps. Also, let them smell some of the baby clothes ect for the same reason. You are really looking well x

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this before but I have heard that cats sense your pregnancy and I feel like Teddy is protecting the baby, as soon as you told us your news I remember thinking how Teddy had been close to you in previous videos......what a lovely thought x

I'd recommend buying black and white bits and play mats for you baby to start with rather then the beige you like.. babies only see black and white for the first few weeks and then bright colours afterwards x xx
