The place used to be super bubbly with cars everywhere and hardly anywhere to park at night. Looks so dry and disappointing for me. Folks who don't know what Owerri night life is normally like won't understand.

Owerri definitely has a bigger/better night life than Port Harcourt, PH is just a bigger and more industrial which makes it appears to be the opposite.
