Green Banana Porridge
Ingredients List

2 Cups water
Bay leaf
Cinnamon stick and powder
2 green bananas blended with 1/2 cup oats and water
Nutmeg
Milk of choice
Sugar or any sweetener of choice

From West Africa, Nigeria to be precise. Never figured one could make a porridge with green bananas. Are they green bananas or just unripe plantains? Plus there is no list of ingredients used. Like I dont know the big grainy stuff you added in the end of the video. It would be nice to see the list. At least, one can always save that.
